Research On The Integration Of Social Work Into The Construction Of Urban Community Culture

Over the years,the Chinese government has proposed the strategy of building a strong cultural country,which hopes to enhance the strength of the whole country through cultural soft power.As a result,it requires us to further accelerate the development of cultural reform,so as to strive to build a strong socialist cultural country.Community as the basic living space of urban residents is closely related to the people's life.While community culture as an important part of urban cultural construction has become a hot topic that has increasingly attracted the attention of people.In this paper,it takes Q community in Suzhou as a case study.Through field visits,questionnaires and other ways,it understands the current situation and problems of culture development in Q community.From the results of the survey,it is found that Q community as a community in the context of new immigrant city exists common problems in the cultural development process of local communities,such as low quality of cultural activities,lack of system and norms,low level of specialization of community staff,and insufficient participation of residents in community building.Meanwhile,it is also very important for the community integration and identity building of new citizens.In view of the above problems,it is based on the theory of advantage perspective and regional development mode to participate in the design of Q Community Qinggu Family Culture Construction Project,so as to improve the residents' ability of community autonomy,and promote the construction of community culture atmosphere.As for this project,it is divided into six stages.Firstly,it is the exploration stage,which seeks social support and establishes professional relationship through community visits.Secondly,it is mobilization stage,which launches project meeting,establishes interest groups and digs out community talents.Thirdly,it is the consultation stage,which gathers consensus on issues and establishes community discussion system through discussion.Fourthly,it is the consolidation stage,which establishes community self-organization and establishes community volunteer team to train them.Fifthly,it is the construction stage,which carries out the corresponding community cultural activities according to the consensus of the meeting,.Sixthly,it is the evaluation stage,which is divided into process evaluation and result evaluation.At the end of the project,it is found that the project has achieved great results through the evaluation.In addition,the enthusiasm and satisfaction of residents to participate in cultural construction have been significantly improved.Meanwhile,the service ability of social workers has also made some progress.However,it still exists some deficiencies in the process of project implementation.By reflecting on this,it puts forward some suggestions from three aspects.Firstly,it is necessary to improve the management level and ensure the orderly progress of activities.Secondly,it should introduce professional forces and establish a multiple evaluation system.Thirdly,it needs to integrate community resources and deepen the construction of community self-organization.
