Research On The Construction Of Community Culture In Taiyuan

With the continuous development of society,people have a higher pursuit of spiritual and cultural life.Culture is a prominent part of comprehensive national strength and it is the ladder of the progress for a nation.At present,under the guidance of the socialist core values,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has made it clear that the cultural construction should meet the basic needs of the people,in line with the actual needs of the masses,and adhere to the principle of putting people first.Community culture can promote the development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.And it is also an important measure to implement the Scientific Outlook on Development.Under this background,we should strengthen and attach great importance to the construction of socialist culture.Paying attention to the construction of community culture is helpful to enrich people's cultural life.Therefore,in order to realize the further prosperity and development of the city,concerning the development of community culture has become an irreversible trend.The community culture is mainly divided into four aspects to carry on the investigation and research,namely environmental culture,institutional culture,behavior culture and spiritual culture,summed up the Taiyuan city community culture construction achievements,found the existing problems in the construction,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part,introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background,research purpose,research significance and research methods.At the same time,this paper studies the domestic and foreign related community cultural discourse,further clarifying that the community culture plays an important role in the socialist cultural China characteristics.The second part,the theory of community culture.First,this paper introduces Marx's view of culture,the Communist Party of Chinese culture,making the theory of the understanding of the culture.Second,this paper introduces the concept of community culture.At last,it also introduces the construction mode of community culture in our country,so that people have a more profound understanding of community culture.The third part,analyzed and summarized achievements of Tayuan city community culture construction.Through the research of multi aspects and multi channels,mainly from the four aspects of environment,system,behavior and spirit,it reviews the achievements and results the community culture in Taiyuan in recent years.The fourth part,based on the third part of the study,analyzes the existing problems of the construction of community culture.According to the survey,at present in the management system,infrastructure,community workers and residents participation still exist deficiencies.The fifth part,in view of the existing Taiyuan city community culture construction problems,and put forward the rational and feasible measurements.Government and community should pay attention to the construction of community cultural highly from the thought and further improve the management mechanism of community culture.Thus,it attracts social capital investment from all walks of life to the community cultural construction,so as to effectively promote the the construction of community culture.
