In 2003,Thailand officially launched the “International Chinese Teacher Volunteer” project.Since the cooperation between Hanban and the Ministry of Education of Thailand,a total of 15,485 Chinese language teacher volunteers have been sent to Thailand.As a country with a large number of Chinese teacher volunteers,Thailand has a certain research significance for its “adaptability to volunteer teachers in Thailand”.This article takes the volunteers of Chinese teachers in Thailand as the research object.Through questionnaire survey and interview method,this paper investigates the adaptability of Chinese teachers volunteers in Thailand,analyzes the adaptability of volunteer teachers,and puts forward suggestions and strategies after summarizing.This article is divided into five chapters to discuss:The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly expounds the background,research significance,research methods and concept definition of the thesis.After that,the paper summarizes the research situation related to the content of this article from the comprehensive quality of Chinese teacher volunteers and the adaptability of Chinese teacher volunteers abroad.The second chapter is a combination of questionnaires and interviews.It mainly includes the purpose of the survey,the composition and content of the questionnaire,and the analysis and analysis of the basic situation of the Chinese teachers volunteers who participated in the survey.The third chapter takes the teaching adaptation,psychological adaptation and cross-cultural adaptation as the research orientation,and explores the adaptability of the Chinese teacher volunteers in Thailand,including the adaptation survey angle,the adaptation analysis and the adaptation of Chinese teachers to Thai teachers..The fourth chapter proposes solutions to the adaptability of Chinese teacher volunteers to Thailand.First,the adaptability questions of Chinese language teachers who are going to Thailand will be summarized.Secondly,the Confucius Institute of Hanban and the volunteers of Chinese teachers in Thailand will make correspondingsuggestions.The conclusion of the fifth chapter summarizes the contents of the first chapter to the fourth chapter,and explains the shortcomings of this paper.
