In 2005,the Hanban sent the first batch of 12 volunteers for Chinese language teachers to Mongolia.By 2016,the number of volunteer Chinese language teachers sent to Mongolia has increased to 170.The process of volunteering Chinese language teachers will inevitably be affected by the new cultural environment.The impact of the formation of different levels of cross-cultural adaptation issues.The Master of Chinese Language International Education at Xinjiang University was sent to Mongolia for the first time this year.The knowledge structure,curriculum setting,training programs and Chinese language teacher volunteer training mainly focused on Chinese teaching in the five Central Asian countries and Russia will surely be Mongolia's work and life have had an impact,forming different levels of cross-cultural adaptation.The author and the other two masters worked as volunteers for Chinese teachers in Mongolia from September 2016 to June 2017.During this period,from the perspective of the witnesses and observers,the cross-cultural adaptation process taught in Mongolia will be recorded through personal experience,observation,and in-depth interviews.The cross-cultural adaptation of Chinese teacher volunteers will be taken into consideration.As well as the two-dimensional theory of "two-dimensional theory" and "three-dimensional theory",the classification of cross-cultural adaptation involves recording and summarizing three volunteers of Chinese language teachers by participating in observation and interviewing,case analysis,and qualitative research.During the period of teaching,the cross-cultural adaptation process and case studies of social life adaptation,teaching work adaptation,psychological adaptation and language adaptation were conducted.Through case studies,the general and favorable factors affecting their cross-cultural adaptation were obtained.In hope of offering some experiences to the Chinese teacher volunteers and the Master of International Education of Chinese Language in Xinjiang University going to Mongolia later,so that they can quickly integrate into the work and life of their country of departure,and successfully carry out Chinese teaching and cultural promotion activities.
