In order to adapt to the rapid development of China’s comprehensive national strength and influence, and the rapid development of international promotion, to the outside of the volunteer teachers as the main force of Chinese international promotion, the number of dispatched. And due to the influence and restriction, the volunteer teachers cross-cultural adaptation problems have become increasingly prominent, even a direct impact on the volunteer teachers whether in emplacement during the period, the successful completion of the teaching task and the dissemination of culture. As a result, the research on the cross cultural adaptation of the volunteer teachers has become an important part of the strategy of international promotion of Chinese. However, Thailand as the Yunnan area Volunteer Chinese teachers are sent abroad, it is understood that every year in Yunnan colleges and universities sent to Thailand’s Volunteer Chinese teachers total over a hundred people. Therefore, the study of Yunnan Thai Chinese teacher volunteers went to the cross cultural adaptation problems is particularly important. From the psychological point of view selection factors of attribution style, social support, social adaptation ability, analysis of cross cultural adaptation, through questionnaire survey and interview to provide volunteer volunteer teachers to agencies some suggestions, improve volunteer to go to the country after the adjustment problems.Firstly the cross-cultural adaptation of the development of research in the field of of review and combing and expounds the domestic Chinese as a foreign language the cross-cultural adaptation of the foreign teachers and students in China in Thailand’s related research, and then put forward the research purpose, significance and the way of thinking. In Chinese teaching in Thailand and went to the Thai Chinese teacher volunteers makes an introduction to the basic situation, put forward three hypotheses. Through the questionnaire and the actual interview, finally draw the conclusion and put forward some suggestions.The results of the study first verify the hypothesis:attribution style will affect the level of cross cultural adaptation of volunteers. Negative event attributional more introverted, more stable, more trend overall, better social and cultural adaptation, the correct attribution to volunteer cross-cultural adaptation is very important; social support will affect volunteers cross-cultural adaptation level. Among them, subjective support is main dimensions of influence of cross-cultural adaptation, volunteers feel the social support degree is high, cross cultural adaptation, the better; social adaptation level does not affect the volunteers of cross-cultural adaptation level.2015 50 Yunnan area went to Thai Chinese teacher volunteers cross-cultural adaptation degree, the social and cultural adaptation average 120.62, psychological adaptation to the average 170.50; sex, overseas experience and the level of verbal communication cross-cultural adaptation of no significant influence; went to Thai time different cross-cultural adaptation to the social culture to adapt to the existence of significant influence, and impact on the psychological adaptation is not significant. His post long influence on cross-cultural adaptation accords with Oberg the cross-cultural adaptation of the honeymoon period, period of frustration, recovery, adaptation period.
