With the enhancement of China's overall strength,Chinese culture has gone abroad and communicated and communicated with other countries ' cultures.In particular,the "One Belt One Road" initiative has made the enthusiasm of foreign students learning Chinese become a peak.In the Chinese teaching process of the Confucius Institute,Chinese language teacher volunteers,as ambassadors and cultural exchanges of Chinese culture,undertake important tasks and responsibilities.Chinese teachers' volunteers' overseas teaching and daily life are cross-cultural communication.Therefore,the study of Chinese teachers volunteers' cross-cultural communication cases is of special significance.Nowadays,there are not a few studies on the case studies of Chinese language teachers volunteers' cross-cultural communication.However,with the rapid development of modern society,new situations and new problems emerge in an endless stream.The author hopes that this study can enrich the cross-cultural communication case database.The author conducted interviews and classroom observations with 20 Chinese teacher volunteers who taught at the Confucius Institute at Bishkek University of Humanities in Kyrgyzstan in 2016 and collected 50 cases.Based on interviews and observations,10 cases with universality and typicality were selected for key analysis.Combined with their own professional knowledge,they are divided into four categories: cultural elements,values,language and non-verbal communication.From the aspect of Chinese learners,volunteers of Chinese teachers,objective aspects of social environment,and values,folklore differences,and negative changes in culture,analyze the causes of cross-cultural communication problems of Chinese teacher volunteers,and from the perspective of cross-cultural communication,Chinese teachers volunteer Cross-cultural communicative competence and teaching ability put forward corresponding coping strategies.This research relies on empirical research to provide references for cross-cultural exchanges with Chinese teachers volunteering in Kyrgyzstan,and enriches the cross-cultural communication casebase,which has certain practical significance.
