The learning behavior problem of students in rural areas needs to draw enough attention and it is one of the focal issues of primary and secondary school education.This study takes the learning behaviors of the students whose English scores are less than 30% of total scores as the research object,adopts educational action research method in general.Due to the task of teaching English transfer,the research is carried out in different groups with the same grade in two stagesIn the first stage,the author carried out the study at LM Middle School in Duyun from September to December in 2017.In the second stage,the author carried out the study at PL Middle School in Duyun from September to December in 2018.The findings about students with difficulties in learning English are the same for the most part,and the first stage has laid the foundation for the second one.On the whole,students show a lack of management in their learning behavior,which is caused by both the students themselves and the teachers and families.The main research process is as follows: First of all,What the shortcomings are through observation and analysis of the learning behavior of students with learning difficulties in the two schools.In combination with their actual learning situation.Their learning behavior are investigated and evaluated systematically so as to find out the cause of their falling behind in study.Secondly,the effective strategies are made to transform their learning behavior according to the specific learning situation in two schools.Thirdly,Both headteachers and lecturers are required to regulate and analyze the learning behavior of management of students with learning difficulties to improve the teaching.Finally,Teachers reflect and improve their teaching concept,help students to correct their learning attitude,develop good learning habits,and improve their English learning performance based on the perspective of their learning difficulties so as to implement the research on the English learning behavior management of students with learning difficulties in two schoolsThe main conclusions are as follows:After investigation and research,the author generally adopts the method of educational action research to transform the behavior management of English learners with learning difficulties in rural areas in two stages?And the author comes up with 4 kinds of strategies to transform the learning behaviors of students with their actual situations;One is about transformation strategies for students without learning motivation,the other is about transformation strategies for students without the basic knowledge plus confidence,another is about transformation strategies for students with bad learning habits,and the last one is about transformation strategies for students with poor persistence.Hoping to transform the situation through the author's observation and research so as to help students with learning difficulties to improve their academic performance as well as through the effective transformation of their learning behavior.
