With the rise of pan-entertainment industry,it has become a trend to develop diversified products with content resources as the core,which promotes the development of copyright trading market.Among them,network literary works,relying on their rich themes and a large number of fans,have become the object of adaptation and operation among enterprises,thus promoting the expansion of the scale of copyright transactions in the network literary market.However,in the specific trading practice,there are many problems leading to the delay and shelving of the trading process,resulting in more resource consumption of both sides of the transaction,affecting the efficiency of copyright trading,which is not conducive to the development of the online literature market in the long run.The key to the problem lies in the unreasonable agenda in the copyright transaction.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce the transaction cost theory to analyze the copyright transaction activities in the online literature market,find out the composition of the transaction costs,clarify the causes of the transaction costs,and take targeted optimization measures.This paper takes the copyright trading activities in the online literature market of China as the research object,which is divided into six chapters as a whole.The main contents of each chapter are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction part,which explains the research significance of this paper by describing the research background,summarizes the research progress of this topic in the current domestic and international academic field,introduces the research methods used in the research process,and puts forward the innovative points of this study;the second chapter is the definition of the concept and theoretical basis,which is explained about the concept of "network literature market" and "copyright exchange".On this basis,the transaction cost theory is introduced,and the basic connotation and influencing factors of the transaction cost theory are briefly introduced.The third chapter mainly studies the development of China's online literature market and its copyright trading activities.By analyzing the development scale and policy environment of the network literature market,this paper gives a brief overview of the basic situation of the network literature market.Starting from the development scale and existing problems,it explains the current situation of the development of copyright trade in the network literature market in China.Finally,it briefly analyses the advantages of the network literature in the field of copyrightrealization,mainly including resources.Reserve,theme types and fan economy.Chapter IV mainly analyses the composition of copyright transaction in China's online literature market,including the main forms of transfer of copyright rights,the forms of acquisition of rights of rights holders and authorization modes of copyright transaction,and the characteristics of relevant subjects of copyright transaction,namely copyright owners,copyright agents and copyright users.Finally,the object of copyright transaction,namely copyright content,is analyzed.The fifth chapter mainly studies the process of copyright transaction and the composition of its cost in the online literature market.Firstly,this paper analyses the main process of copyright transaction,including confirming,centralizing,selling,using and supervising.Then,according to the transaction cost theory and combining with the actual development of the network literature market,it analyses the composition of the copyright transaction cost in the network literature market,and concludes the causes of the copyright transaction cost on this basis.Chapter VI is to optimize the network literature market in China.According to the analysis results of Chapters 3,4 and 5 and the current situation of the development of copyright trading in the online literature market in China,this chapter starts with the construction of the platform,copyright evaluation,agency system and dispute resolution,and puts forward some specific strategies to reduce the transaction costs in the process of copyright trading in the online literature market.Some suggestions.The last part is the conclusion of this paper.It mainly summarizes the research contents and results of this paper,analyses the shortcomings of this paper,and looks forward to the future research direction on this basis.
