The Study On The Art Of Zhu Fukan's Bulla Seals

Based on the ancient bulla seals of the pre-Qin Dynasty,Zhu Fukan's bulla seals integrated ancient writings and created a new style,which was highly recognizable and representative among many seals of the same period.Zhu Fukan's bulla seals had experienced a constant and gradual developing process,they can be divided into early,middle and late stages.In early stage,he learned bulla seals through pre-Qin Dynasty bulla seals;In middle stage,he drawed nutrition from bulla seals of three Dynasties and gradually developed his personal style;In late stage,his individual style was extremely outstanding.Zhu Fukan's bulla seals pretty stressed the structural feature,which is the first element of the three elements of seals.In late stage,decorative strokes and bronze decorations were added to the works to increase the sense of weight of the seal.Zhu Fukan was skillfull at the way of cutting,he combined with punching and cutting,which has displayed a "golden stone" trend.Besides,Zhu Fukan was knowledgeable in epigraphy and philology,his philology directly affected his ancient bulla seals creation,his epigraphy was shown in the style of bulla seals.In the study of Zhu Fukan's bullal seals,I take Zhu Fukan's bulla seals as the object of study,I copy them and master seal cutting techniques.Regarding his academic achievements,he also encourages me to make efforts in many aspects.Through studying Zhu Fukan's bulla seals,I start to find a new method and direction of studying ancient bulla seals.
