"Chinese fever" has swept the world,people from all over the world have begun to learn Chinese,and teaching Chinese as a foreign language has become a hot issue for scholars.Teaching Chinese as a foreign language is a student-centered,teacher-led,textbook-based teaching activity,in which students and textbooks are two important factors influencing the development of teaching activities.From the perspective of pragmatics,the study of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is still a relatively new perspective.This article takes the "suggestion" speech act as the starting point,and summarizes the pragmatic rules of Chinese "suggestion" speech act through the introduction and the investigation of the implementation of the "suggestion" speech act of junior high school students and the analysis of the arrangement of two sets of Chinese textbooks finally put forward corresponding countermeasures and reflections on the activities of teaching Chinese as a foreign language based on the survey results and analysis results.This article is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction part,which mainly discusses the reasons for the selection of the thesis,the research significance,the research methods,the theoretical basis,the definition of two important concepts and the description of the research status.The first chapter mainly analyzes the pragmatic rules of Chinese "suggestion" speech act.We analyze the pragmatic rules of Chinese "suggestion" speech act from expression strategy,language power display means and social influence factors.The second chapter first explains the purpose of the questionnaire,the basic situation of the subjects and the control of the variables when the questionnaire questions are set.Secondly,it analyzes the results of the “suggestion” speech act survey conducted by international students,and also analyzes the data from the perspectives of expression strategy,language power display means and social influence factors,and also carries out the pragmatic mistakes and errors of students example analysis.The third chapter selects two sets of oral textbooks that pay more attention to functional items as the research object,and evaluates the pragmatics of the texts and exercises for the "suggestion" speech acts in the textbooks,and puts forward suggestions for the functional items in the textbooks.The fourth chapter mainly summarizes the investigation of students and the pragmatic evaluation of teaching materials,and also carries out some countermeasures on the basis of investigation and textbook analysis.
