Almost all the interpret-learner may have encountered the problem high speeded speech disturb interpreting. What kind of problem would be occurred under the high speeded speeches? How would interpreters solve these problems? At the most part of this thesis, the author applied examples of English-Chinese interpretation, since source of Chinese-Japanese examples are limited. This thesis firstly defined the speed of speeches into three levels: extra-high speeded of more than 260 characters per minute, appropriate of between 180 and 260 characters per minute and low speeded of less than 180 characters per minute.Secondly, defined what is listening in interpretation: while listening speeches, interpreters not only skim keywords and imagine situations, but also need memorize, analyze and prepare for interpret. At the same time, exegesis should be applied, since interpretation is not a simple transfer one language into another language.Thirdly, introduce practice. This is trial meeting carried out in the class room under no manuscript,C-J simultaneous interpretation with material “Chinese Development High Level Forum”.Speakers also do not have manuscript. There is one MC in the forum and some guests who would answer the questions from MC.Misinterpreting occurred in this trial meeting are caused by extra-high speed or speaker's unclear pronunciation caused by extra-high speed. When interpreters interpret extra-high speeded speech, deverbalisation in cognitive effort theory increase sharply and may exceed interpreters' capacity of dealing information. Therefore, the author will suggest a training method for interpretation to deal with extra-high speeded speeches.
