Opera is a comprehensive form of vocal art,each part of the role should not be missing,should be comprehensive and diversified development.In foreign countries,there are many mezzo-soprano opera works,and there are many operas in which mezzo-soprano can be seen as the leading role.In China,there are few mezzo-soprano opera works,and even fewer songs suitable for mezzo-soprano singing.In this paper,through the introduction of the general overview of opera ORPHAN ZHAO,MaiShu(mezzo-soprano)expounds aria,mezzosoprano,and sang the aria music characteristic analysis of comments,and so on,to reveal a mezzo-soprano in opera is vital,but mezzo-soprano in China's development is relatively lagging,and now familiar mezzo-soprano works is not much,this needs us to lay emphasis on this status quo,and thus to develop their own thinking about how to solve this situation.So as to contribute to the development of mezzo-soprano in China,and create more mezzo-soprano works,so that the development of the opera more comprehensive.While promoting the comprehensive development of Chinese opera creation,it can also continuously promote the spirit of righteousness like Cheng Ying.This paper is divided into three parts: introduction,main body and conclusion.The introduction mainly explains why the mezzo-soprano in the opera ORPHAN ZHAO is selected as an example to reveal the problems of the development of mezzo-soprano in Chinese opera,as well as the significance and innovation of the topic,research methods and means,as well as the research summary of the opera ORPHAN ZHAO.The main part is divided into four chapters,the first chapter discusses the mezzo-soprano definition and voice identification characteristics,the development of mezzo-soprano in Chinese opera,the development status of mezzo-soprano in Chinese opera and other parts,on this basis,the concept of mezzo-soprano and its development in Chinese opera are discussed.The second chapter,with the clue of the opera ORPHAN ZHAO,discusses the historical origin,plot structure,creation background and mezzo-soprano section.The third chapter is also the key chapter of this paper.Discusses the opera ORPHAN ZHAO mezzo-soprano aria music characteristic analysis,respectively from the lyrics of emotion,aria music,singing skill analysis and her singing lessons and so on several parts of songs is expounded,including this part singing skills analysis,and respectively from aria,resonance and pronunciation,breathing control,KuQiang usage,different versions of the singing of comparative analysis and so on four aspects.Taking the analysis of mezzo-soprano in this opera as an example,the problems of mezzo-soprano opera in our country can be taken seriously,more mezzo-soprano opera works will be created in the future,which will promote the development of mezzosoprano in our country towards a diversified and comprehensive direction.The fourth chapter,to study the opera ORPHAN ZHAO mezzo-soprano duet triggered by thinking.From the mezzo-soprano itself,the traditional aesthetic habits,the market economy,the lack of professional knowledge and training tracks and other parts to discuss.The epilogue expounds the value and significance of the thesis.
