With the enhancement of the trend of family mobility, the scale of migrant children has been expanding and they have become a special group in urban society. For those who are in the period of social weaning, migration will cause continuous damage to their growth and development environment, which requires children to rebuild their interpersonal network, rebuild community and school support in the migrated environment, thus bringing greater psychological pressure to children and causing negative changes in their mental health.Relevant studies have found that migrant children generally have psychological problems such as strong discrimination perception, emotional loss, loneliness, inferiority and anxiety, which deserve more extensive attention.Parents and peers,as important people indispensable to the life and study of migrant children, play an important role in the mental health of migrant children.High-quality parent-child relationships and peer relationships are protective factors that affect the mental health of migrant children, otherwise they become risk factors. It should be noted that family social capital and peer relationship are closely related to the mental health of migrant children, but whether the impact of family social capital and peer relationship on children's mental health is independent of each other, relevant research needs to be further advanced. This paper is innovatively supported by social capital theory and ecological systems theory. From the perspective of individualistic family social capital and the perspective of family and peer microsystems, this paper attempts to use the baseline data of the China Education Panel Survey to focus on the migrant children of special disadvantaged groups to study the impact of family social capital on the mental health level of migrant children, the impact of peer relationship on the mental health level of migrant children, and whether the mechanism of action of the two on mental health is independent,in order to enrich relevant research results for migrant children mental health interventions provide more research support. After descriptive statistics and regression analysis of the data, this paper found that, firstly, the mental health level of migrant children is significantly lower than that of local children.Secondly, family social capital can significantly affect the mental health of migrant children.Good parental relationships, close parent-child relationships, and high-frequency parent-child interactions all have a significant positive impact.Thirdly, peer relationship has a significant positive impact on the mental health of migrant children.Friendly peer acceptance and high-quality peer groups can improve the mental health of migrant children. There are gender differences in the impact of peer group quality on the mental health of migrant children, and the psychological state of female students is more susceptible to the influence of peer group.Fourthly, family social capital has a significant positive impact on the peer relationship of migrant children.Good parent-child relationship,parent-child relationship,parent-child interaction and parents' expectations of higher education can significantly improve the acceptance level of migrant children. In addition to the parent-child relationship, the more abundant other social capital is,the higher the quality of their peers will be.The influence of parents' living together and parents' years of education on children's social communication and growth is exerted through good parent-child interaction, and the school type also indirectly influences the level of peer acceptance through the mediating role of family social capital. The influence of family social capital is continuous and expansive, and the personality traits and psychological satisfaction formed in family interactions can be generalized to the interaction of peer groups.Fifthly,Friendly peer acceptance can compensate for the negative effects of parental conflict on migrant children's psychology. The positive effect of parent-child interaction on mental health can be improved with the increase of the level of peer acceptance. However, when parent-child interaction is less, even if the peer acceptance is obtained, the psychological state of migrant children is still relatively negative.
