Research Lu Shen And The Engraved Books Of Yanshan Academy

Lu Shen,a litterateur in Shanghai in the middle of Ming Dynasty,is the author of one hundred and fifty volumes of Yan Shan Ji.In addition to his great achievements in the field of poetry and calligraphy,his historical writings,bibliographic thoughts and achievements of publishing ancient books in academies are also worthy of attentionLu shen's research on Shi Tong is reflected in compiling Shi Tong Hui Yao and republishing Shi Tong.In terms of content,Shi Tong Hui Yao supplemented or continued the historical materials of Shi Tong in many articles,which provided important materials for the study of historical theories of later generations.In terms of structure,Shi Tong Hui Yao breaks the original structure of Shi Tong and puts Jian Zhi in the first part,which reflects Lu Shen's change of emphasis in historiography and reflects his personal historiography theory system.Lu Shen reprinted Shi Tong,solved a lot of errors,corrected the mistakes in Qu Bi and Jian Shi,and made Shi Tong readable.This edition is also the earliest edition of Shi Tong.Since then,Zhang Zhixiang,Zhang Dingsi and Guo Yannian have published Shi Tong again,all of which are based on Lu Shen's edition,making outstanding contributions to the circulation of Shi Tong.Lu Shen's bibliography thought appears in Jiangdong collection catalogue,which reflects Lu Shen's unique classification and bibliography thoughtYanshan academy,founded by Lu Shen,is the first academy in the real sense of Shanghai county.It was used for home engraving,collecting and publishing many books.Gu Jin Shuo Hai is the first series of novels in ancient China,which contains a large number of Tang Legend Novels.Compared with the series of books in previous dynasties,most of these Tang Legends only exist in ancient and modem sea telling,or are widely included in later series after being included in it.In addition,it is also found that most of the contents in Shuoyuan department are from Tai Ping Guang Ji,and there are problems of changing the title and not writing the author.However,the writing time of Gu Jin Shuo Hai is earlier than that of the earliest existing edition of Tai Ping Guang Ji.The differences between the two texts may provide historical materials for further study of the version of Tai Ping Guang Ji.
