With the development of the whole society,the development level of sports has been rapidly improved,among which sports dance has made great progress.As a n organic component of basic education and the foundation of quality education,youth education has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life.In recent years,more and more young people are learning sports dance.Therefore,more and more sports dance organizations have been set up outside professional art colleges and universities.All kinds of sports dance training in Shandong Province are also in full swing,and Zibo City,as a second-tier city in Shandong Province,can just serve as a model for research.This paper uses the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview and mathematical statistics to study the current situation of Zibo youth sports dance training institutions,including the factors that affect the overall level of Zibo youth sports dance training institutions,such as the current situation of teachers' teaching,the basic situation of students and parents,and puts forward countermeasures that are conducive to improving the teaching level of Zibo youth sports dance training institutions.This study has certain theoretical value for improving the problems of Zibo youth sports dance training institutions and even for the development of sports dance.After investigation,it is concluded that Zibo youth sports dance training institutions have the following five basic problems:first,teachers are weak,teachers' skill level is slightly lower,the training and education system is not perfect,and the concept of lifelong learning is lacking.The second is that the proportion of male and female students learning dance is deviated due to parents' traditional ideas,which affects the development of sports dance in society The third is that the teaching content of sports dance is not reasonable,lacks scientific nature,has certain deviation,and the training organization is not clear about the teaching goal.Fourth,the teaching methods of dance teachers are single and unattractive,which cannot improve students' interest in learning.Fifth,most teachers in sports dance training institutions use the teaching method of the whole large group teaching organization most,which is monotonous and simple in form and not thick in content.For these five basic problems,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to solve:first,to improve the teaching level of teachers,training institutions need to create opportunities for dance teachers to go out for further study and participate in teacher training courses;The second is to strengthen the publicity of sports dance,change parents' traditional ideas,give more benefits to boys and support them to participate in sports dance programs,so as to adjust the imbalance between men and women.The third is to formulate teaching objectives systematically and rationally and to plan and complete them step by step according to the psychological and physical characteristics of teenagers.The fourth is to enrich teaching contents and arrange teaching courses reasonably.The fifth is to change the traditional teaching methods,constantly introduce the old and bring forth the new,make reasonable choices for the teaching organization image association,and formulate different organization forms according to the characteristics of students of different ages.
