Pathway Research On The Building Of Official Morality System In The New Era

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which poses new requirements for Communist Party of China taking Marxism as its guiding ideology.It has been pointed out in the Report of 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China:Ensuring Party self-governance is exercised fully and strictly is a journey to which there's no end and prominent problems of impurity in thinking,organization,and conduct in the Party have not been solved root and branch.In the new era,strengthening the building of official morality system not only perfects China's current institutional system,but also is the requirement of enhancing the administrative ability and moral quality of officials.Meanwhile,it can also maintain the advanced nature and purity of the Party,create a great politically ecological culture,thus further improving the social ethos and providing a solid support to realizing the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nationThis thesis consists of three parts.Part One,the ethical purpose of the construction of the official system in the new era,starts from President Xi Jinping's thoughts on the political morality,clarifying the ethical purpose of the construction of official moral system,and explains the ethical value of the building of official morality system in the new era.Part Two,analyzes the status quo of the construction of official moral system in the new era.Its great achievements are mainly reflected in the four aspects of the rule of law,education,supervision and evaluation.China's official morality mainly challenges are from the "four major tests" and the "four major dangers",clarifying the problem orientation of the construction of official ethics system.Therefore,further analysis shows that there are three aspects to the ethical dinension to be focused on:belief and ideal,value concept and moral conceptPart Three,the pathway for the building of official morality system in the new era.The construction of official ethics system is a complete institutional system.The official morality education system is the thinking guarantee for the building of official morality system in the new era.Through strengthening the study Xi Jinping's theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New Era,let the officials not forget the initial heart and cadres have stronger inner belief.Through the“Four moral,in one education and practical activities on mass line,moral beliefs that enable officials to strengthen the core values of socialism.The official morality value lead system is the vigor guarantee for the building of official morality system in the new era.Through strengthening the publicity of role models,we can lead a good direction for social ethics and create a good social atmosphere,Through the offcials self-discipline in life,to promote the excellent morality of officials.A sound legal system is the important guarantee for developing socialist democracy and promoting socialist political advancement.The building of official morality system is also inseparable from a complete legal system.To build a complete and consistent official morality system,deepen the combination of law and morality and establish a sound official law and regulations.Official morality supervision system is the center of the building of official morality system in the new era,including implementing supervision system inside the Party,breaking through the public supervision channel.Official morality evaluation system is the key to the building of official morality system in the new era,including the following aspects.The importance of "ethics" should be stressed in compliance with the official morality evaluation mechanism and multi-party participation in official morality evaluation should be realized to guarantee the rationality of the evaluation mechanism.The building of official morality system starts from education system,value lead system,legal system,cultivation system,supervision system,and evaluation system,constructs the "five-in-one" pathway.
