| With the rapid development of globalization,the cultural exchanges between China and other countries in the sports field have become more frequent.Our country is constantly strengthening the comprehensive national strength of sports.At the same time,it is also continuing to improve the introduction of advanced technology in foreign countries,and ultimately achieve the high frequency and deep interaction between our country and the international sports community.However,in the field of translation,most sports translators are born in English majors,often lack of sports related professional knowledge and understanding of the knowledge of sports features of sentence.In order to solve these issues,sports translators can make use of material,such as sports literature,C-E news events,using functional translation theory,to learn professional knowledge of sports fields and methods of translation experience,strive to make the translation precise,normative,concise,easy to read and meet the demand of audience.Based on the E/C translation of I'm Ready:The Text That Started The Warriors'Dynasty published in Sports Illustrated in 2017 and under the guidance of Functional Translation Theory,first of all,this thesis analyzes the characteristies of vocabulary and sentence patterns of sports news features,and combines features and Functional Translation Skopos Theory.The text is interpreted and analyzed in detail using the methods of translating,translating,translating,splitting,borrowing,and ordering.Meanwhile,this thesis will discuss how to make diversification in translation,in order to make the translation of sports news features sentence become more conform to the requirements of the public demand.According to the regulations of relevant sports fields,this thesis will discuss how to regulate the sentence structure,make the translation precise,normative,concise and easy to understand to achieve the functional equivalence between the translation and the original text. |
