Study On Porcelain Inkstone With Water Dropper In Song Dynasty

The inkstone drop,a water-carrying device in the study room,and the inkstone were used as auxiliary writing tools,which appeared in the study of literati.The literati also called it water drop,water cheng,water note and book drop.With the appearance of ink,ink and paper inkstone at the latest the inkstone existed as a derivative of the inkstone in the Han Dynasty,when the inkstone was called the book drop;The origin of the inkstone made of copper in the Han Dynasty was the earliest,but it was not popularized due to its high price.In the Tang and Song dynasties,the rise of the literati and the arrival of the golden age of porcelain made the ink drops of the Song dynasty not only expand their practical value,but also reflect the essence of song culture.In this paper,the unearthed and collected porcelain inkstones are first summarized and classified,and the porcelain inkstones are classified according to the shape of the vessel.There are mainly three types of porcelain inkstones: pot shape,bionic shape and special shape.The pot shape USES the principle of flow control,bionic shape and special shape all use the principle of siphon to control the water injection.Secondly,it divides the three hundred years of the Song and Song dynasties into four periods for the classification of porcelain and inkstone drops.Generally speaking,the social reform in the Song and Song Dynasties led to the coexistence of classicalization and secularization of decorative styles of porcelain and inkstone drops,which absorbed the characteristics of nomadic peoples while communicating with liao and Jin dynasties.In addition,the paper discusses why porcelain and inkstone drops were more prosperous in Song Dynasty.First,the song Dynasty good articles,literati study for the needs of stationery appliances increased,the second is driven by the market economy of the Song Dynasty porcelain industry prosperity and development,Third,porcelain itself has excellent plasticity and is cheap and easy to obtain.The hallucinatory glaze color can also satisfy the aesthetic consciousness of the literati in the Song Dynasty.
