Objective:Starting from the theoretical foundations of pedagogy and psychology,taking cha-cha dance as an intervention method,and taking ordinary college students as research objects,an experimental study was used to explore the effect of 12-week cha-cha dance on college students' physical self-concept and self-efficacy.The effect of physical self-concept on self-efficacy under the intervention of precisely dance provides a theoretical basis for improving college students' physical self-concept and self-efficacy,and also provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of college sports dance courses.Methods:Using voluntary principles,120 students from xx universities were selected for experimental research.They were divided into an experimental group(60)and a control group(60).The cha-cha-cha exercise was used to intervene in the experimental group for 12 weeks,while the control group did not do any physical intervention.Before and after the test,use the Physical Self-Description Questionnaire(PSDQ)and the Self-Efficacy Sense Questionnaire(GSES)to test the changes of college students' physical self-concept and self-efficacy before and after the experiment.Repeated measures analysis of variance was used to examine the effects of body self-concept and self-efficacy between pre-and post-tests,and to explore the mediating effect of body self-concept on self-efficacy under precisely dance exercises.Results:(1)The 12-week cha-cha dance intervention has a significant impact on the overall level of physical self-concept of ordinary college students,and has a coordinate dimension of physical self-concept(F=25.874,P<0.01),and an athletic ability dimension(F=28.341,P<0.01),Overall body dimension(F=39.210,P<0.01),flexible dimension(F=24.885,P<0.01),endurance dimension(F=9.952,P<0.01),self-esteem dimension(F=17.479,P<0.01)Interaction.Comparing the data of the experimental group and the control group,the coordination dimension(F=5.220,P<0.05),the overall body dimension(F=5.590,P<0.05),and the self-esteem dimension(F=4.248,P<0.01)produced significant changes,both groups The data showed significant differences.Comparing the pre-and post-test data of the experimental group,the coordination dimension(F=0.552,P<0.05),exercise ability dimension(F=20.485,P<0.01),overall body dimension(F=84.948,P<0.01),flexible dimension(F=38.427,P<0.01),the dimension of endurance(F=10.799,P<0.01),the dimension of self-esteem(F=8.158,P<0.01)after 12 weeks of cha-cha dance exercise significantly improved.<0.05),the ability dimension(F=20.485,P<0.01),the overall body dimension(F=84.948,P<0.01),and the flexible dimension(F=38.427,P<0.01),the endurance dimension(F=10.799,P<0.01),and the self-esteem dimension(F=8.158,P<0.01)were significantly improved during the 12-week Chacha dance exercise.(2)The effect of 12-week cha-cha dance intervention on self-efficacy(F=5.278,P<0.05)was significantly different.(3)Physical self-concept is an intermediate variable that influences self-efficacy.Conclusion:(1)Chacha exercise has a positive effect on the body's self-concept and its sub-dimension.Among them,the coordination dimension,athletic ability dimension,overall body dimension,flexible dimension,endurance dimension,and self-esteem dimension have significant differences.(2)The chacha exercise and self-efficacy experiment have significant effects.(3)There is a positive correlation between physical self-concept and self-efficacy.It is precisely that dance can both improve college students 'physical self-concept and college students' self-efficacy.Physical self-concept plays an intermediary effect on the self-efficacy.
