Cultural and creative blocks are very important to cities,and they are of great significance to the development of urban cultural and creative industries and the development of leisure and tourism industries.However,cultural and creative blocks currently have the same positioning and excessive cultural and creative blocks.In order to deeply understand the characteristics of cultural and creative blocks and the promotion of cultural and creative blocks to the cultural industry,this article uses content analysis and visual analysis to compare the official narrative and narrative perception of 22 cultural and creative blocks in the country to discover cultural and creative The problems in the process of building the characteristics of the blocks provide a reference for the cultural and creative blocks to shape their own characteristics.The study found that,in addition to the positioning of arts and culture,officials often place a desire to promote the development of cultural and creative industries;the nostalgic attributes of cultural and creative blocks,the dimensions with the highest perception of artistic attributes,and the sense of business and leisure in cultural and creative blocks It is also obvious;there is a big gap between the official narrative and narrative perception of cultural and creative blocks.The official narrative and narrative perception of most cultural and creative blocks are inconsistent.In particular,the official narrative of cultural industry attributes is difficult to perceive.The official narrative and narrative perception of cultural and creative blocks located in leisure and business are often consistent.The research results of this paper show that it is very difficult to realize the agglomeration and development of cultural and creative industries through the construction of cultural and creative blocks;the leisure and commercial attributes of cultural and creative blocks are often easy to achieve.The development of the cultural and creative industries requires the accumulation of cultural and creative talents.Cities without the advantages of talent concentration are difficult to achieve rapid development of the cultural and creative industries through the construction of cultural and creative blocks.
