As an important part of the cultural industry,the cultural industry park is a physical space for industrial agglomeration,which plays a significant role in the agglomeration effect and brand effect.The development achievements of domestic cultural industry parks are obvious to all,but they also present problems such as fuzzy positioning,homogeneity,and difficulty in sustainable development.Among them,the problem of sustainable development is the most prominent and the most important.Therefore,in the new development period of the "14th Five-Year Plan",studying and analyzing the sustainable development of cultural industry parks has strong practical significance.From the perspective of the industrial chain,this paper studies the sustainable development of Taoxichuan Cultural and Creative District in Jingdezhen City,Jiangxi Province.Based on the theoretical basis of the industrial chain,the article uses the Porter's five forces model and SWOT analysis method to comprehensively analyze the current situation of the industrial chain of Taoxichuan Cultural and Creative Street,and propose sustainable development countermeasures,which are:(1)Industrial chain optimization,including integration into global tourism and improvement of public services;(2)Industrial chain integration,including mergers and alliances;(3)Industrial chain extension,including horizontal and vertical extension;(4)Industrial chain update,including VR virtual reality technology and blockchain technology.This article takes the sustainable development of Taoxichuan Cultural and Creative District as a representative,and at the same time can be used for reference and joint discussion among similar domestic cultural industry parks.
