Research On The Job Satisfiction Of Chinese Teacher Volunteers In Overseas Teacging In Thailand

Chinese teacher volunteers have made great contributions to the overseas Chinese promotion project in this project.With the increase in the number of Chinese teacher volunteers sent each year,there are many problems that need to be solved.Volunteer’s overseas job satisfaction is one of the important factors affecting overseas teaching and work efficiency.The most important thing is that how to improve the satisfaction of teaching work.High satisfaction of teaching work can improve Chinese teaching effectiveness from these volunteers in this way which raising Chinese language teachers’ volunteers.In order to promoting Chinese national image,teaching Chinese aboard can be the best way to create.Based on effective investigation,exploring the core impact factors and giving some promoting normal suggestions in order to raising effectiveness of teaching Chinese aboard.Among them,Thailand is the country with the largest demand for overseas Chinese language teachers every year.This survey uses Thailand as a survey area.Based on the focus on the satisfaction of overseas Chinese teachers’ volunteer work teaching,this study explores the reasons that affect the satisfaction of volunteer teachers’ overseas teaching.First part,the paper gives a brief summary of the The Development Status of Chinese Teacher Volunteers in Thailand and the Status Quo and Characteristics of Chinese Teacher Volunteer Work Environment.There are many influence factors including working environment,working content,cross-cultural adaptation,incentive and guarantee mechanism,level of economic development and etc.Second part,empirical research and analysis of data results.This thesis takes Thai Chinese teacher volunteers as the research object,and uses questionnaires,interviews and other forms to quantitatively analyze the teaching work environment and human environment.Final part,Recommendations,conclusions and limitations.Suggested improvement measures and suggestions for overseas Chinese teacher volunteers,Hanban and Thai schools.Briefly summarize the research results and analyze the shortcomings of this paper.
