Discussion On Hanban's Volunteer Training Program For Chinese Teachers In Thailand

With the development of the Chinese teaching work,more and more overseas Chinese teachers demand,in order to alleviate the shortage of teachers teaching Chinese to overseas,the Ministry of education and the Confucius School of Chinese / Hanban formulation introduced the "Chinese volunteer teachers plan".As the first trial of the plan,Thailand has always been a volunteer Chinese teacher of the largest country,in recent years,every year,Hanban dispatched more than 1000 volunteers to Thailand,these volunteers will accept a unified pre job training in the former,in order to better adapt to the overseas teaching life,quality effect the training will influence volunteers overseas Chinese teaching work and daily life,therefore,the Chinese volunteer teachers in Thailand training carried out investigation and analysis,timely improve the training work of great significance.The first part of this paper describes the research background and significance,summarizes the academic research on international Chinese teacher training research,Chinese volunteer teachers project and volunteer teachers to Thailand project,explains the research methods and innovations.The second part states the status quo of international Chinese teachers' training.The third part introduces the basic situation of Chinese teaching in Thailand.In the fourth part of the focus of the article is to Hanban in Thailand volunteer training program,according to Hanban questionnaire to Thailand volunteers participated in the training program to Hanban volunteers in Thailand has returned to training volunteers as the research object,from the basic situation,people volunteer to teach the basic situation of the school,overseas working life and volunteer training in four aspects such as investigation and statistical analysis,to find the shortcomings of the volunteer training program,and puts forward some suggestions on improving the volunteer training work.The fifth part is the conclusion,summarizes the shortcomings of this study and suggestions for further research.
