The Study On The Factors Affecting The Chinese Teaching For Volunteer Chinese Teaches In Phitsanulok,Thailand

This thesis uses questionnaires and interviews to conduct a comprehensive and objective investigation on the teaching of 170 volunteer Chinese teachers in Phitsanulok,Thailand,in conjunction with relevant materials.It objectively reflects the teaching in Phitsanulok and the existing problems as well as the solutions,and makes a deeper analysis and research so that it can be used for the process of volunteer Chinese teachers and the promotion of Chinese teacher volunteer project in the future.This thesis has pointed out that generally the adaptation for the volunteers in Thailand during their teaching goes smoothly.However,the survey also sees problems in following aspects:class management,language,Chinese teaching efficiency and teaching methods.This thesis gives following suggestions on how to improve teaching ability for the volunteer Chinese teachers in Thailand:1.Both China and Thailand should strengthen the cooperation and pay more attention to Chinese learning,and support each other.2.Hanban(Confucius Institute Headquarters)should improve the effectiveness of the training content,specify the training content,strengthen the training of language ability and pay more attention on the efficiency of teaching.3.The volunteers themselves should work to improve their teaching abilities and their qualities.
