Smartphone addiction refers to a new type of behavior addiction caused by individual overuse smartphones and fails to control the use behavior,which results in the impairment of their social functions,psychological and behavioral problems.Smartphone addiction is easy to happen to teenagers because of their strong curiosity and low self-control.The main factors that affect teenagers' smartphone addiction are individuals and environment.Parental psychological control as an important factor in family environment plays an important role in teenagers.Parental psychological control is that parents exert control their children in a hidden and compulsive way,Teenagers under high parental psychological control will feel less autonomous and less support,which will adversely affect their physical and mental development.School as a important environment also has an important impact on teenagers.Peer relationships,teacher-student relationships,and school management affects teenagers' perception of school climate.Teenagers who feel good about school atmosphere will get better social support in reality,supplement the deficiency of family support and reduce their dependence on mobile phones and online social network.The purpose of study one was to explore the influence of parental psychological control on smartphone addiction and its internal mechanism.Base on a lot of theories and empirical studies,study had done constructed a moderated mediation model.In study one,867 different students from a junior high school(Grades 7-9)in Wuhan were investigated with the questionnaires of smartphone addiction,parental psychological control,online social preference and perception of school atmosphere.SPSS25.0 was used to analyze the data.The results were as follows:(1)Parental psychological control was significant positive associated with smartphone addiction.(2)Preference for online social interaction was significant positive associated with parental psychological control and smartphone addiction.(3)Perception of school climate was negatively correlated with smartphone addiction,parental psychological control and preference for online social interaction.(4)Preference for online social interaction played an intermediary role between parental psychological control and smartphone addiction.(5)The mediation of preference for online social interaction between parental psychological control and smartphone addiction was moderated by perception of school climate.To be specific,under the condition of low perception of school climate,students' preference for online social interaction was more likely to predict smartphone addiction positively.Based on the study One,study Two selected two experimental classes in the seventh grade of the school to carry out mental health education courses to prevention and intervention of smartphone addiction.Selected two control class on play other topics psychological courses to investigate the preventive and intervention effects of the thematic mental health courses on the smartphone addiction.The results showed that after the implementation of prevention and intervention courses:(1)The scores of experimental class on the smartphone addiction scale decreased significantly;(2)The students' perception of school climate in the experimental class had improved significantly;(3)The increase in the scores of the experimental class on the parental psychological control was significantly lower than that of the control class,two classes were significantly different.This shows that the thematic mental health education course does have an effect on preventing and intervening the smartphone addiction among junior high school students.The results of this study reveal the effect of parental psychological control on smartphone addiction.It also provides a certain theoretical basis and curriculum support for the current school's smart phone prevention and intervention.
