Research On The Governance Of Rural Public Cultural Space From The Perspective Of Synergistic Governance

The 19th National Congress of the Party put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,and made clear the goal of "strengthening cultural confidence and promoting the prosperity and prosperity of socialist culture".In the process of rural revitalization,cultural revitalization is particularly important.Rural public cultural space is the carrier of rural cultural inheritance and development,which affects the stability and development of rural society.And it is the key grasp to solve the problem of backward development and weak construction of rural culture.The governance of rural public cultural space is a necessary way to promote the revitalization of rural culture.The theory of synergistic governance is a new theory formed by the fusion and development of synergetics and governance theory.It inspired us to examine problems from a system perspective.This theory has important guiding significance for the research on collaborative governance of multi-subjects in an open system.This article is devoted to the study of the governance of rural public cultural space.On the basis of clarifying the concept,governance content and governance subject of rural public cultural space,it attempts to introduce the theory of synergistic governance to analyze the governance of rural public cultural space,explore the problems in governance,and analyze the causes.And from the perspective of synergistic governance theory,it proposes countermeasures to improve the governance level of rural public cultural space,with a view to providing a new perspective for the study of rural public cultural space governance.There are six parts in the article:The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the research origin and goals,the research significance,the research content,the research methods,the innovation points and the research present situation at home and abroad.The second part analyzes the concept,governance content and governance subject of the rural public cultural space to clarify the concept and boundary of the research object.The third part introduces the theory of synergistic governance.On the basis of clarifying the theoretical connotation,it explores the applicability and enlightenment of the theory of synergistic governance to the governance of rural public cultural space.The fourth part analyzes the governance of rural public cultural space from the perspective of synergistic governance theory.It expounds the achievements of the government and other subjects in the governance of the rural public cultural physical space and activity space,and points out that there are some problems in the current governance,such as insufficient participation of some participants in governance and weak coordination of multi-agent governance.The main reasons include weak awareness of multi-agent coordination,unclear multi-agent coordination responsibility,and imperfect coordination guarantee mechanism.The fifth part puts forward countermeasures to improve the governance level of rural public cultural space from the perspective of synergistic governance theory.We should pay attention to the cultivation of coordination consciousness among multiple governance subjects,clarify the issue of responsibility of the collaboration subjects,and improve the guarantee mechanism of collaborative governance.The sixth part is conclusions and prospects,which mainly summarizes the core views and conclusions of the article,and predicts the further research direction of rural public cultural space governance.
