Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Public Culture Construction From The Perspective Of Cultural Governance

Cultural revitalization is an important part of rural revitalization,and strengthening rural public cultural construction is an important part of the current rural cultural revitalization strategy.Therefore,attention should be paid to the construction of rural public cultural services.At present,the development of rural public cultural services is affected by social factors such as the contradiction between urban and rural dual structure,rural "hollowing out",rural population aging and so on.Therefore,the construction of rural public culture should be reconstructed to make its development have internal guiding power and executive power.Full text from the perspective of cultural governance,combined with the R,G,local cultural characteristics,understanding and objective analysis by means of field investigation and research problems in the town of public cultural services,through the review of relevant literature,try in the cultural perspective of governance theory,the paper analyzes the causes of these problems,and puts forward relevant countermeasures.Through the analysis,this paper argues that the current rural public cultural services exist in different degrees and culture construction and cultural activities to carry out the separation of supply and demand,the villagers of public cultural services engagement,the acquisition is not strong,the government is insufficient to the attention of the public cultural services,investment and so on a series of problems,the emergence of these problems is accumulated for a long time,are both the social development reality,such as the villagers from the soil of rural cultural marginalization,and by long rural culture evaluation mechanism is not sound,lack of the cultural main body,the influence of recession and decline of rural public cultural space and traditional culture,The development of rural public cultural services is facing a severe test due to the existence of these objective reasons.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward three measures to solve them.First,attach importance to the construction of rural cultural subjects,promote the cooperation of multiple subjects in rural public cultural governance,and coordinate the integrated development mechanism of urban and rural public cultural services;Second,to enhance the villagers' consciousness of subject,cultivate rural cultural talents,cultivate rural public cultural service talent team,and create a good atmosphere in rural society;Third,enhance the villagers' consciousness of the main body of cultural industry development,develop rural tourism culture,and create rural cultural brand.It is hoped that the proposals of these measures will help the construction of rural public cultural services develop well.
