Comparative Analysis Of Color Terms In Chinese And Russian Languagues

Chinese researches of colors reached significant accomplishment the last years,many articles were devoted to colors in Chinese language that analyzed significance and cultural valence of Chinese color words.The research is devoted to comparison of Chinese and Russian color words;we have analyzed from different perspectives the ways of using color words,their grammatical features for describing color expressions of Chinese and Russian languages.Firstly,we performed a review of researching color words of Chinese and Russian languages in the abstract.The research was hold in the following way:we compared different articles dedicated to the topic of color words;we analyzed problems of Russian color words,results of last researches.Secondly,the research analyzes the Chinese and Russian color words from the perspective of lexical semantics.By analyzing a large number of papers,articles and literary works,this paper found out that many color words have common and different features.Thirdly,we compared Chinese and Russian color words from a pragmatic perspective.Having analyzed the functions of color words of the two languages,we distinguished the similarities and differences between Chinese and Russian color words.According to the collected data,we found out that the pragmatic functions of Chinese and Russian color words have the same role,which can be achieved through certain expressions.Moreover,the research analyzes the current situation of teaching color words from the perspective of teaching methods.Analyzing problems in teaching chinese color words for Russian students,we found out the root of these problems,and put forward some suggestions,hoping to have a positive impact on the future teaching methods.Taking everything into consideration,we came to the conclusion the research is of practical importance,because students learning Chinese or Russian languages can use results of the research for analyzing color designations.
