Research On The Construction Of "X Bu/Mei Y+Interrogative Pronouns Y"

The "X Bu/Mei Y+Interrogative pronouns Y" construction is a colloquial construction that widely used in everyday life.The linear sequence is divided into A paragraph "X Bu/Mei Y" and B paragraph " Interrogative pronouns Y ".The construction has neatly internal various forms,rich pragmatic meanings,and specific expression functions.But so far,the predecessors have not found a systematic research on this from the perspective of construction.Based on the theory of construction grammar and previous studies,this article attempts to make in-depth investigations from the aspects of construction identification,form type and composition,generative development and cognitive interpretation,pragmatics and text,and comparison with related structures.As to the determination,form and constitution,first of all,it is determined that "X Bu/Mei Y+Interrogative pronouns Y" is a semi-productive marked construction that has been formed,and the basic meaning of the construction is refined:the subjective review of the definition of limit.On the basis of the corpus,it examines its particularity,which manifests itself as internal neatness.Secondly,the form types of constructions include two categories:basic forms and heteromorphic forms.Then analyze the construction conditions of the inner chunks of the construction in depth,and find that the negative adverbs "Bu" and "Mei" in the quantitative chunks are asymmetric,the interrogative pronouns are non-interrogative usages,mainly "who",and in the " X " variable chunks,the personal pronouns have a high degree of freedom,and"Y" is more common in action verbs and verb-object phrases.In summary,the construction is generally used between the two parties in a close relationship,and the subjective comments of some actions or behaviors performed by some people are mostly affirmative.In terms of generation and development,on the basis of historical corpus,the structural form evolution is roughly "Fei(,)X who Y?(Ruo/Shang)X Bu/Fei Y,who/he Y?X Bu Y(,)who Y?X Bu/Mei Y(,)interrogative pronouns Y".The evolutionary process is the development of a solidified structure to a hypothetical complex sentence,which is then accompanied by contraction of the hypothetical complex sentence.From the perspective of generation mechanism and motivation,it is believed that the internal generation mechanism of re-analysis and concept integration and the external generation motivation of economic and polite principles promote the formation of construction.From the perspective of cognition,the generation of construction is also influenced by the cognitive relation of "graphics-background",the linguistic logic relation of hypothetical complex sentence,the principle of"X" of typical member,the principle of circumlocution and the principle of distance iconicity.In terms of pragmatics and discourse,the pragmatic features of construction are reflected in contextual relevance,rich pragmatic meanings,in the fast food media and heading.Its discourse function is expressed in euphemism,dual focus highlights function and metaphysics.Incremental function.In discourse analysis,the distribution forms of construction are single use and parallel use;the textual functions of the construction are discourse connection function and enhanced mood function.it is daily used because of its particularity of expression.Compared with the structure of "X1+Bu+Y+X2+Y+Interrogative pronouns",it is found that both belong to the hypothetical rhetorical structure,which indicates the extreme definition of subjective review,the internal block is complex,and in some cases both Interoperable,but there are differences between the two with respect to syntax,semantics and pragmatics:"X Bu/Mei Y+Interrogative pronouns Y" construction is the typical construction,and the focus is only "X";"X1+bu+Y+X2+Y+interrogative pronouns" is an atypical construction with high solidification,but its interrogative function has not disappeared.When it is used as a construction,it only refers to the focus "X2".
