Although economy has made great progress with the development of the society,public environmental protection awareness hasn't been improved obviously.As people's improper behaviors have caused damages towards the environment,this essay will make a study on protection of marine ecological environment from the perspective of public service advertising design.Public service advertisement can maximize the influence of various media to promote the public welfare concept of marine ecology and environmental protection.In the long run,coupled with the strict implementation of laws and regulations,its influence on governments,enterprises,and even individuals cannot be underestimated.Therefore,it is the key point to do a research on how to draw ecological environmental protection closer to the reality life of the public,and convey the protection awareness to the public appropriately and popularly.Part I: analyze the current status of marine ecology and public-interest advertisements at home and abroad,to provide certain theory support and guidance on public-interest advertisements of marine ecology.Part II: make an illustration on the definition,characteristics and feedbacks on marine ecological protection of the public-interest advertisements,to have a general understanding of the related concepts and offer reference for later study.Part III: make a study on the target audience of public welfare advertisements on marine ecological environment,and analyze and discuss the design strategy of public welfare advertisements,to provide directions for the following design study.Part IV: it is the vital condition that how to make the ads life-oriented and creative,and a vital issue under discussion during the design as well.In this part,the author will make further digging on application of designing factors and selection of media,as well as the emotional expression.Part V: make a clarification on practice of public-interest advertisements design,including that process the ads with artistic methods with the life-oriented basis,and present the ads with proper design strategy by starting with poster design and video making,through which confirms the feasibility of the statements above and maximize its function.
