The Research Of Zhejiang Provincial Wartime Political Task Force From 1937 To 1940

In 1937,the war of resistance against Japan broke out and Zhejiang province became the front of the southeast battlefield,with a huge military rout,the Zhejiang provincial government also suffered an unprecedented political crisis.As a result of the neglect of the people,the implementation of the policy of one-sided war of resistance,the collapse of administrative organizations,the lack of grassroots mobilization,resulting in social chaos.At the critical moment of survival.the Zhejiang authorities represented by the new provincial chairman Huang shaohong are gradually moving towards change.The Zhejiang provincial wartime political task force.which was committed to mobilizing the public and supporting the Anti-Japanese War,was pregnant with the crisis and changes.At the same time,the second cooperation between the KMT and CCP was initially realized.Taking the wartime political and work team of Zhejiang province as the research object,this paper expounds the rules and regulations,organizational system,objectives,tasks and political orientation of the political and work team.This paper introduces the working conditions and achievements of the wartime political task force,including the propaganda of resisting Japan and saving the nation,the adjustment of Baojia,the general holding of the people's congress,the launching of the "two and five" rent reduction,the improvement of peasants' life,the revelation of the darkness of the grass-roots society,and the reform of local affairs.In addition,the political and work teams also fought in the anti-japanese front to win over the people,organize training of the people,to stimulate the awareness of the masses against the enemy;Fight for the gang,break up the puppet organization,clear the enemy compromise gray atmosphere,cooperate with the military counterattack,heavy blow to the Japanese puppet rule.Due to the complexity of wartime political task force as an internal,surface of the mobilization of organizations,it's destiny will change with the change of the Anti-Japanese War period,also with the clutch and the ups and downs of relations between countries,this paper then focuses on the forces of the parties(mainly within CCP,KMT die-hards and KMT progressives)around the various conflicts caused by political work team conflict and political infighting.Finally,the author discusses the result and the reason of the final elimination of the political and work team.On this basis,this paper regards the wartime political task force as an epitome of the KMT-CCP relationship in Zhejiang province in the early period of the Anti-Japanese War,which is also a turning point for the nationalist Zhejiang authorities to return from radical to conservative and from active to negative response.
