A Study On The Relationship Between Psychological Resilience,Social Support And Job Satisfaction Of Social Organizations Against AIDS In Yunnan Province

In the 21st century,AIDS prevention and treatment has become a hot topic of public health in China.Due to the particularity of their industry,they often bear more work pressure than other occupational groups,and also face the risk of occupational exposure,which may have an impact on their mental health.However,AIDS prevention work is of great importance,and the status of employees directly affects the effectiveness of AIDS prevention work,which is related to social security and stability.Objectives:To study the relationship between psychological resilience,social support and job satisfaction of social organizations in yunnan province.Methods:Quantitative and qualitative research methods were used in this study.First,by the combined method of hierarchical control,convenience sampling to 200 from 2018 in yunnan province under the background of government purchasing service project 106 AIDS society staff as the research object,using the Chinese version of mental resilience scale ","social support rating scale","the Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire" and "questionnaire of general data research,to discuss AIDS society staff mental flexibility,social support status and its relationship with job satisfaction;Second,the convenience sampling method was adopted to select 30 workers from 106 social organizations for AIDS prevention to conduct individual interviews,and follow-up analysis was conducted on 27 valid documents.Results:1.The social support of the staff of AIDS-prevention social organizations is in the upper middle level,higher than the national norm.The scores of the three dimensions,from low to high,are the utilization degree of support,objective support and subjective support.There were statistically significant differences in gender,marriage,age,part-time job and organization type in the social support of anti-AIDS organizations(P<0.001).There was also a significant difference in working years(P<0.01).However,there were no significant differences in monthly income,educational background,organization registration and position.2.The psychological resilience of social organizations against AIDS is at a medium level,slightly higher than the national norm.The three dimensions of their scores are optimism,tenacity and strength from low to high.There were statistically significant differences in the mental resilience of the anti-AIDS social organizations in terms of organization registration and working years(P<0.05),and there were also statistically significant differences in monthly average income,part-time job and different positions(P<0.001).However,there were no significant differences in gender,age,marriage,education and organization type.3.The job satisfaction of the staff of anti-AIDS social organizations is at the medium level,and the internal satisfaction score is higher than the external satisfaction score.There were statistically significant differences in the job satisfaction of the workers in the anti-AIDS social organizations in terms of full-time and part-time jobs and positions(P<0.01).However,there were no significant differences in gender,age,marriage,education,registration,working years,monthly income and organization type.4.The social support,mental resilience and job satisfaction of social organizations against AIDS were positively correlated.5.Social support can predict the level of job satisfaction,social support and mental resilience can jointly predict the level of job satisfaction,and mental resilience can also predict the level of job satisfaction after controlling the influence of social support.6.Mental resilience plays a completely mediating role in social support and job satisfaction of social organizations against AIDS.7.According to qualitative research,the influencing factors of mental resilience on job satisfaction are:protective factors(mentality,personal belief,personality)and risk factors(physical quality,work difficulties).The influencing factors of social support on job satisfaction are:material support,emotional support,interpersonal support;Other factors that affect job satisfaction include:work intensity,working hours,working conditions,work pressure,work meaning,colleague relationship,salary,career prospect,rules and regulations.Conclusions:The social support and psychological resilience of the workers in the anti-AIDS social organizations are above the average level,and their job satisfaction is above the average level.The psychological resilience,social support and job satisfaction of the staff in anti-AIDS social organizations are positively correlated.Psychological resilience plays a completely mediating role between social support and job satisfaction,and job satisfaction is also affected by other factors.
