Research On Protection And Management Of Cultural Relics In Fengtian Area In The Late Qing Dynasty And Early Republic Of China

In the late qing dynasty and the early Republic of China,the cultural relic protection and management in Fengtian area became a real problem.Faced with the severe border crisis and rich cultural relics resources co-existence and conflict in modern Fengtian area,the government of the late qing dynasty instinctively took measures to maintain the mausoleum,palaces and other cultural relics in Fengtian area out of the need to maintain the special status of Fengtian as a "fundamental place" and to maintain its rule,which was not fundamentally different from the traditional mode of cultural relics protection in ancient China;During the period of the Republic of China,the protection of cultural relics in Fengtian area was influenced by the trend of national cultural relics,and participated in the process of modern cultural relics protection and management.While inheriting the thought and practice of cultural relic protection and management since the late qing dynasty,the local government in Fengtian also broke through the shackles of the past,cultural relic cause achieved a qualitative leap,and cultural relic protection and management became a special government function.On this basis,the protection and management of cultural relics in Fengtian area has gone beyond the scope of a single cultural relics enterprise.The publicity of it has made it deeply and widely integrated into many aspects of modern local society in Fengtian,playing a role that is difficult to be measured by Numbers.This paper is divided into three parts.The main contents are as follows:The first part is the origin of cultural relic protection and management in Fengtian area in the late qing dynasty and the early Republic of China.The second part is the key part of the article,from the implementation of the law of cultural relics,investigation of antiquities,transform the function of "one palace and two mausoleums",save the temple,archaeological excavations of Fengtian areas of cultural relics protection and management measures,including Fengtian the spontaneous behavior of local governments,also contain Fengtian areas to carry out the measures of the central government.On the premise of comprehensively discussing the protection and management of cultural relics in Fengtian area,the initiation and development of each measure are also introduced in detail.The third part is the significance and summary of the protection and management of cultural relics in Fengtian area in the late qing dynasty and early Republic of China.Through the analysis above,it is pointed out that the protection and management of cultural relics in Fengtian area in this period has a profound impact on the social life and thinking of the people.At the same time,this paper not only introduces the background,measures and significance of cultural relic protection and management in Fengtian area in the late qing dynasty and early Republic of China,but also explores and analyzes the common factors,so as to further summarize and sublimate this social phenomenon.
