This study mainly discusses the factors that affect the interpersonal relationship of senior high school students,which are mainly explored from the perspectives of family,i.e.family function,and self,i.e.self-efficacy of emotional regulation.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 655 high school students using the family intimacy and adaptability scale,the emotional self-efficacy scale and the comprehensive interpersonal relationship diagnostic scale.The results were as follows:(1)The level of family function and self-efficacy of emotional regulation in high school students is above average,and the high school students have mild interpersonal disturbance.(2)High school students' emotional regulation self-efficacy and interpersonal relationship have significant differences in gender and performance rankings,family function and interpersonal relationship have significant differences in whether they are student cadres and family structure.(3)The dimensions and total scores of the family function scale were significantly positively correlated with the dimensions and total scores of the emotional regulation self-efficacy scale.There was a significant negative correlation between each dimension of family function and the total score and the total score of interpersonal relationship and each dimension.The total score of self-efficacy(POS)expressing positive emotions and self-efficacy in emotional regulation is negatively correlated with the total score of interpersonal relationship and its various dimensions.There was a significant negative correlation between the self-efficacy(DES)of regulating frustration/pain emotions and the self-efficacy(ANG)of regulating anger/anger emotions and the interpersonal communication troubles,interpersonal friendship troubles,interpersonal communication troubles and the total score of interpersonal relationship troubles.(4)Emotional self-efficacy mediates between family functions and interpersonal relationships.
