In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 800 senior high school students in Shijiazhuang,using Caprara's revised Chinese version of “the Emotional Regulation of Self-efficacy Questionnaire” and “the Middle School Student Coping Style Questionnaire” complied by Professor Huang Xiting.It aims to analyze the current development status and relationship between emotional regulation self-efficacy and coping styles of senior high school students,and takes 52 high school students as subjects to conduct intervention research in the way of psychological activities to explore the effect of interventions.This study is divided into two parts.The first study analyzes the demographic differences of emotional regulation self-efficacy and coping styles among senior high school students and the relationship between the two variables.Research results:1.The emotional regulation self-efficacy of high school students was different in the demographic variables of gender,student cadres,father's cultural level and student type;2.The coping styles of high school students were different in the demographic variables of gender,only children,student cadres,grade and student type.3.There was a significant correlation between emotional regulation self-efficacy and coping style of senior high school students;4.Senior high school students' emotional regulation self-efficacy had a certain predictive effect on coping style.The second study is going to improve the emotional regulation self-efficacy of high school students through psychological activities.Through psychological activities,we can improve senior high school students' emotional regulation self-efficacy,so that they can help themselves to choose more active coping styles and promote psychological health development when they encounter problems.Bases on the Study one,Study two chooses freshmen in senior classes as experimental class and control class to accept the psychological training courses of emotional regulation self-efficacy.The course format uses a combination of activities,games,discussions and teaching to make every students participate as much as possible.Research results:1.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the pretest;2.There were significant differences between the experimental group's pretest and post test results;3.There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the post test.4.There were significant differences of D-value between the experimental group and the control group's pretest and post test.
