| Nowadays,the development of overseas Chinese teaching is flourishing,and the volunteer team of teachers is getting larger and larger.At the same time,overseas Chinese teacher volunteers have become an important factor in our study of overseas Chinese teaching.The comprehensive quality of volunteer Chinese teachers abroad determines the quality of their work.This study on overseas Chinese volunteer teachers competency to investigate,mainly through the questionnaire method,statistical analysis method and interview method to understand and analysis of overseas Chinese volunteer teachers competence status,analyze their the level of competence in the process of teaching and the presence of the advantages and disadvantages,draw lessons from the teaching experience,and put forward relevant Suggestions aiming at the shortcomings of the existed.This paper mainly analyzes the competency from three aspects: the component factor analysis,the investigation result analysis and the promotion strategy analysis.About overseas Chinese volunteer teachers competency form factor,this paper takes the international standard of Chinese teachers "(2012 edition)as the main reference,and collect relevant Suggestions of overseas Chinese volunteer teachers,identified the five main parts,divided into basic language knowledge and skills,culture and communication,second language acquisition and learning strategies,teaching methods and teachers’ comprehensive quality five sections.Then,29 competency factors were selected according to the five sections,and a questionnaire was developed to investigate and analyze the results.The statistical analysis of the survey results is mainly to analyze the overall level of competency development of overseas Chinese volunteers and the overall level of each competency factor.The second part is to analyze the correlation between competency and competency factors of overseas Chinese volunteers,and analyze the level of competency factors and related reasons.Finally,according to the overall level of overseas Chinese volunteers,the competency of overseas Chinese volunteers is analyzed to obtain the overall characteristics of overseas Chinese teacher volunteers.The strategies and Suggestions for improving the competence of volunteer Chinese teachers abroad are mainly from the three aspects of relevant departments such as social government,schools and individual Chinese teachers abroad,and combined with the overall competence of volunteer Chinese teachers abroad,to put forward relevant strategies for improving the competence of volunteer Chinese teachers abroad. |
