The Study On The Building Of Rural Public Cultural Services System Under The Rural Revitalization Background

In September 2018,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022),marking full implementation.The construction of Rural Public Cultural Service system is an important part of the rural revitalization strategy,and the key point to realize the comprehensive construction of the rural public cultural service system and the Xiaokang goals is to build the rural public cultural service system well.The author chooses the construction of Rural Public Cultural Service System as the main research content under the background of rural revitalization strategy,and through analyzing the achievements,problems and reasons of the construction of Rural Public Cultural Service System in China,according to the current national conditions,the construction of Rural Public Cultural Service System is explored and suggestions are provided.The thesis is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction: Introducing the reason and significance of this research,summarizing the current research results at home and abroad,explaining the research ideas and research methods,this part is the basic part of this study.Chapter two: the related concept and theoretical basis of the construction of Chinese rural public cultural service system.This paper systematically expounds the related concepts and theoretical bases of the construction of the Rural Public Cultural Service System in China.This paper expounds the theoretical basis of the construction of the rural public cultural service system,and expounds the inevitability of the construction of the rural public cultural service system.The third chapter: Current Rural Public Cultural Service System Construction present situation analysis.Combing and trying to sum up the achievements,problems and reasons of the construction of the current Chinese Rural Public Cultural Service System,and trying to analyze the achievements and reasons of the problems,to find out the beneficial practice in the construction of Rural Public Cultural Service System.Chapter IV: Rural Revitalization Strategy Under the background of Rural Public Cultural Service System Construction countermeasures.This study focuses on the construction of rural public cultural service system from the perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy.By combing the existing research results and practical experience of the construction of rural public cultural service system,taking farmers as the research object,grasping the development direction of the construction of rural public cultural service system,and exploring the institutional mechanism more in line with the construction of rural public cultural service system.
