A Study On The Governance Of Rural Culture In Ethnic Minority Areas

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to adhere to and improve the socialist system with Chinese character istics,and promote the modernization of the national governance system and governanc e capacity.Rural cultural governance not only conforms to the requirements of the mode rnization of national governance system and governance capacity,but also is the inevita ble choice to solve the "three rural" problem and promote the construction of new social ist countryside.On the basis of expounding the theory of rural cultural governance,base d on ethnic minority areas,guided by Marxist Ethnic Theory and supported by field sur vey data,this study systematically analyzes the situation of rural cultural governance in ethnic minority areas,finds out the problems and causes of the problems in rural cultura l governance,and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The paper is div ided into five parts,including the following contents:The first chapter,the core concept of rural cultural governance and theoretical basis.First of all,the concepts of rural culture,cultural governance and rural cultural governa nce related to rural cultural governance are systematically interpreted.Secondly,it comb s the theoretical basis of rural cultural governance,including Marxist national theory,th e theory of socialist rural construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the th eory of rural cultural sociology and the theory of collaborative governance.Through the systematic interpretation of the concept and the combing of the theoretical basis,this pa per lays a theoretical foundation for the study of rural cultural governance.The second c hapter mainly talks about the process of rural cultural governance in ethnic minority are as,including the process of rural cultural governance and the process of rural cultural go vernance in ethnic minority areas.The third chapter includes the current situation and pr oblems of rural cultural governance in ethnic minority areas.Based on the survey data,first of all,through empirical research to understand the basic situation of rural cultural g overnance in ethnic minority areas.Secondly,it expounds the existing problems of rural cultural governance in ethnic minority areas.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of the problems in rural cultural governance in ethnic minority areas.Based on the survey data,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems of rural cultural governance in ethni c minority areas.Only in this way can we find the key point of the problem and put for ward effective solutions.The fifth chapter analyzes the path choice of rural cultural gov ernance in ethnic minority areas.Combined with the problems and reasons of rural cultu ral governance in ethnic minority areas,this paper puts forward the path choice of rural cultural governance in ethnic minority areas.Rural cultural governance conforms to the development needs of the new era,needs the joint efforts of multiple subjects,gradually embeds new cultural vitality,and jointly promotes the modernization of rural governance.
