Research On The Construction Of New International Community Culture In Beijing

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which puts forward new requirements for the construction of Beijing's capital function.As one of the core functions of the capital,the international communication center has been highlighted.To build an international communication center with active international exchanges,perfect international services and outstanding international influence,Beijing is inseparable from the construction of international communities,especially the cultural construction of new international communities.Marxism's Thought on communication practice has important methodological significance for guiding the construction of international community culture.In Marx's view,communication is based on production,and spiritual communication is the product of material relations.Communication promotes the development of society and the formation of world history.The development of communication mode restricts the process of human liberation.The generalization of production and communication is the basis of human freedom and all-round development.As far as its modern development is concerned,international exchanges provide necessary conditions for the development of economic globalization,and cultural exchanges and exchanges are important ways to promote social development.In fact,the construction of international community culture is an important guarantee of international communication.The goal orientation of Beijing's international city construction has experienced such changes as creating conditions for international exchanges,livable cities in theworld,and world famous cultural cities with cultural self-confidence and diversified and inclusive charm.Beijing international community cultural construction has also emerged in Chaoyang Maizidian,Xicheng Chunshu community and other representative advanced communities.These international communities bear the micro practice of the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind,and are also the foothold of the functional construction of the international communication center.At present,there are still some weak links in the construction of international community culture in Beijing,which are mainly manifested in the following aspects:the sense of collective belonging is not strong,the norms of communication have not been really established,the characteristics of traditional culture have not been fully demonstrated,the participation of multi-cultural subjects is not high,and the community consciousness has not been formed.The main reasons include: there are still some difficulties in language communication,the path of international community construction is not rich,there is still a gap in the construction of subjective culture,the level of community public culture construction needs to be improved,and a common spiritual link has not been established.In view of this,Beijing's new international community cultural construction should establish new construction goals,form a cultural consensus of mutual learning,value identity of the community of common destiny,psychological identity of trust and harmony,behavior identity of compliance and cooperation,so as to reflect the characteristics of multi-cultural inclusiveness,high support of science and technology,and relatively perfect ideological construction.In order to construct a new type of international community culture in Beijing,we should establish the cultural consciousness of a community with a shared future for mankind,build an open,inclusive and harmonious communication standard,and build an intelligent scientific and technological cultural space.Specifically,we should promote community communication through social network,help community participation with public behavior,improve community environment with social resources,build a community diversified public communication platform,integrate the Beijing Spirit into a new international community,build a new model of international community consensus,CO governance and sharing,and explore new experiences of social governance at the grassroots level of international community.
