The Competitiveness Evaluation And Policy Recommenations Of Cultural Industry Cluster

Cultural industry cluster competitiveness is not only the means of people into an awareness of cultural industry cluster essence and summarize the cultural cluster competitiveness, but also the momentous basis for government to formulate scientific development policy of cultural industry cluster. Making a complete and scientific evaluation of cultural industry cluster competitiveness is helpful for people to fully understand the development of cultural industry cluster’s degree, and it makes contributions to improve the competitiveness of cultural industry cluster and internal enterprises at the meantime.The Article using the method combining the theory and mathematical model, on the basis of the theory of combing cultural industry cluster competitiveness, using the cultural industrial cluster competitiveness as the research object, decomposing the influence factors of the cultural industry cluster competitiveness, to design the cultural industrial cluster competitiveness evaluation index system and combined with principle component analysis to build the cultural industry cluster competitiveness evaluation model. The thesis research mainly launches from the following several aspects: Firstly this paper expounds some related theory about the cultural industry cluster competitiveness. And it makes an embedded analysis of the cultural industry cluster competitive power source, and analysis the influence factors of CICC from the macroscopic, medium, microscopic dimensions of three dimensions, it laid the theoretical foundation for constructing the cultural industry cluster competitiveness evaluation index system. Secondly, it discusses the selecting principles to construct cultural industry cluster competitiveness evaluation index system and divided the cultural industry cluster competitiveness into 21 third class indicators which can be measured, including 18 quantitative indicators and 3 qualitative indicators. Thirdly, principle component analysis is chosen as the evaluation method, combining the index system, it constructs the cultural industrial cluster competitiveness evaluation model. Fourthly, through the above theory and model, proposed by one of our national cultural industry demonstration zone of Jun Ci Shen Hou porcelain culture industry clusters as the research object for empirical research, in order to check the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation model. At last, on the basis of above research, the paper puts forward the policy suggestions to promote the competitiveness of the cultural industry cluster further.
