Study On Ethical Problems And Countermeasures Of Industrial Science

With the acceleration of the process of "integration" between science and society,science is changing the development state of autonomy day by day,and its social application has gradually become the focus of attention of the government,universities and enterprises.In this context,the academic circle and the industrial circle are gradually connected,which further promotes the expansion of the social service function of the university,and the boundary between basic scientific research and applied scientific research is increasingly blurred.As a result,a large number of industrial laboratories appeared,and scientists were employed on a large scale to conduct product research and development,so as to quickly seize the market for higher profits and returns,thus promoting the rapid development of "industrial science" for practical purposes.However,in this process,the ethical problems of industrial science are also emerging day by day.Due to the lack of effective risk assessment and market research,scientific research results are applied to real life without investigation,ignoring the negative impact of improper application of science and technology on society,and even threatening the development of human society.Therefore,a comprehensive analysis of the ethical issues and their causes in industrial science and specific countermeasures are proposed,which is conducive to improving the ethical responsibility of industrial scientists,so that they can better undertake the important tasks entrusted by the society.At the same time,it is of great significance for the sound development of industrial science to establish a series of feasible ethical norms and clarify the professional ethical standards of scientific research workers.Starting from the historical background of industrial science,this paper analyzes the ethical problems faced by industrial science,using case analysis,comprehensive analysis,literature analysis and other research methods.The first chapter firstly introduces the historical background of industrial science,and then introduces college science,government science,industrial science and technical science.Then,according to the connection between science and industry,the definition of industrial science is made,and the transformation of scientific norms is analyzed in depth,that is,the era demand of the transformation from "merton norms" to "ziman paradigm".The second chapter expounds the ethical problems of industrial science from three aspects: scientists,technology enterprises and government.The first is the credibility crisis,role conflict and interest conflict of industrial scientists.Second,in the aspect of science and technology enterprises,it mainly includes the pursuit of immoral profits,the disregard of humanistic care and the destruction ofthe dissemination of scientific knowledge.Third,there is a crisis of trust in the government,a lack of ethical regulation of science,and a lack of public participation in scientific and technological decision-making.The third chapter makes a systematic analysis of the root causes of ethical problems in industrial science,including the lack of moral responsibility of the subject of industrial science,the lack of ethical responsibility of scientific and technological enterprises,and the lack of ethical responsibility of the government.Chapter four explore the response of industry science ethics problems,mainly including: the first is based on the Angle of city agent,to correct ethical orientation of industry scientists,second,from the perspective of responsible innovation on science and technology enterprise ethics construction,the third from the perspective of the government macroeconomic regulation and control,explore the ethical path of social regulation.In conclusion,the emergence of industry science marks a new era,need people to re-examine science ethics condition of benign operation,reconstruction of science ethics and make it become the scientific community moral consensus,needs the government,industry,and at the same time the social public participation,formulate the corresponding countermeasures,so that the "industrial science" better service to the human society.
