| At the end of the Ming dynasty and the beginning of the qing dynasty,Wang Xi witnessed the decline of the Ming dynasty and the establishment of the Qing dynasty.Due to the social turbulence during the replacement of the dynasties,Wang Xi had rich life experiences and made extensive contacts: first,during the period of taking refuge in the south,he was able to communicate with Song Wan,Qian Qianyi,Song Zhengyu and other celebrities of Fu She.And then,since he had returned to Beijing and had passed the civil examination,he kept company with his colleagues,such as Xu Qianxue,Feng Pu,Chen Tingjing,Zhang Yushu,etc.It has direct influence on Wang Xi’s literary works that he compared notes with so many friends about literary theory and,which reshaped his literary creation.After entering the new dynasty,Wang Xi worked in the Hanlin Academy,as the emperor’s attendant,he also further introspective on his own literary creation,so that his literary style brought into correspondence with the needs of the emperor.Based on the life experience of Wang Xi,this paper makes a systematic study of Wang Wenjinggong Complete works written by Wang Xi,and probes into the characteristics and causes of his literary style.This paper consist of three parts: Introduction,Text and Conclusion.In the Introduction,the research status of this subject is sorted out,the theoretical significance of this subject is analyzed,and the research ideas and methods of this subject are established.The text is divided into three aspects.The first chapter considers he repeatedly ordered as the invigilator and exam-maker as a foothold,to discuss his understanding and implementation of emperors’ marking standards--"pure" and "elegant",and then we think about the change of the literary atmosphere during the late Ming and early Qing dynasty.Wang Xi performs the function of filtering the Eight-part Essay,for this reason,he plays a interim role in the cultural dominion between the emperor and the people.The second chapter starts from Xu Shichang’s evaluation of Wang Xi’s poetry with the characteristics of “clear anderudite”.Wang Xi poetry has clear style and fluent diction,do not use the flowery language,and with the characteristics of Tang Dynasty.There are three reasons for this performance that his father Wang Chongjian’s poetic tendency,and the guidance of the poetic proposition of his friends Song Wan and the literary preference of Kangxi.The third chapter focus on the Zhang Yushu’s evaluation with "Wang Xi’s epigraph works are similar with Ouyang,Yu,Jie’s",we analyzes how to Zhang Yushu put forward this evaluation,and discusses how to Wang Xi learnt the epigraph of Ouyang,Yu,Jie.The conclusion summarizes the three problems discussed in this paper and tries to objectively evaluate the role played by Wang Xi in the literary world at the end of Ming dynasty and the beginning of Qing dynasty. |
