Research On The Discourse Space Of Debating Talk Show In China

Nowadays,with the development of China's economy and the accelerating transformation of the society,there has been a public discourse space in which many different groups participate.It can be foreseen that the atmosphere of discourse expression must be more and more enthusiastic.People will be more eager to propose suggestions,which means that future talk shows will definitely be stronger.Among them,debating talk shows are more brilliant and play an incomparable role among all programs.The discourse space itself in debating talk shows has a strong public attribute,which profoundly influences the construction and dissolution of public discourse space.Therefore,the article takes the most representative debating talk show "Yuan Zhuo Pai(the Round Table)" as an example,to conduct a deeper thinking for constructing a good public discourse space for domestic talk shows by taking the analysis on the main construction path of the program's discourse space as the purpose,by taking the internal discourse role system and the external conversation field system as the construction cores,to comprehensively use the theoretical knowledge of public domain theory,Bourdieu's field theory,and communication theory to take lessons from it.This article is divided into 5 chapters.The first chapter is introduction.It mainly explains the research background and the purpose and significance of the research,including the status quo of related researches,and the introduction of main research approaches.The second chapter introduces the definition of the debating talk shows and the theoretical source of the concept of discourse space from the aspect of basic concepts.It also introduces some development characteristics of the public discourse space in the new area of media at this period,including the characteristics of the discourse space in the basic form of "Yuan Zhuo Pai”.The next 2 chapters will be the cores of this article,to introduce the construction of the discourse space of debating talk shows mainly in two systems:the discourse role system and the discourse field construction system.The third chapter mainly analyzes the discourse roles of the representative debating talk show "Yuan Zhuo Pai",including the characteristics of the host's discourse role and the guests'.The fourth chapter uses Bourdieu's field theory combined with the research object "Yuan Zhuo Pai" to analyze the construction of the discourse field,including the summary of the construction elements of the discourse field.The fifth chapter is the key of the article,which mainly researches some issues existing in the discourse space of China's debating talk shows at the current stage and provides prospective suggestions.Compared to other forms of talk shows,debating talk shows have more public awareness.The discourse space of the show itself such as "Yuan Zhuo Pai" has strong public attributes,and it also contributes to build our domestic public discourse space.The talk show itself should make efforts towards diversified topics,more equal right to speak,and more rational media literacy of the audience.It is hoped that domestic debating talk shows will have a better development,so as to have a more positive influence on the construction of public discourse space in China.
