Short-term tour activities in China are welcomed by overseas students for the purpose of perceiving China and understanding Chinese culture.The overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council and the Office of the National Leading Group for the International Promotion of Chinese Language are the main organizers of the above-mentioned activities.By means of action studies,case studies and analysis,we understand the needs and opinions of Chinese and non-Chinese learning groups on the content of short-term Chinese language and culture camp activities,and make operational suggestions for the selection and arrangement of short-term Chinese language and culture camp activities.It is divided into five chapters:Chapter 1: Introduction.This paper introduces the reason and significance of this topic,research review,the main research scope and content,research methods and so on.Chapter 2: "Root-seeking Tour" camp activities of the content selection and arrangements of investigation and analysis.First of all,statistics on the activities of the "Root-seeking Tour" in recent years,vertical analysis of thecurrent situation of the development of the "Root-seeking Tour" camp activities,outline the development trend of the "Root-seeking Tour" camp activities;secondly,sample statistics analysis of the activities of 43 Chinese education bases in China,overall grasp the characteristics of the content selection and arrangement of the Chinese education base;and then Hunan normal University in 2018," Root-seeking ",a case study of the "Winter Camp" was conducted with nearly100 Chinese teenagers from Malaysia and Indonesia to find out the needs and suggestions of the content selection and arrangement of Chinese teenagers participating in the short-term activities of the Chinese Youth Camp.Finally,the content selection and arrangement of and arrangement of the activities were provided.Chapter 3: The content selection and arrangement of the activities of the Confucius Institute.First of all,longitudinal statistical analysis of the short-term activities in recent years,the overall grasp of the development trend of the activities of the Confucius Institute;secondly,sampling statistical analysis of 183 Confucius Institute bases nationwide,analysis of the short-term activities of the content selection and arrangement of the current situation,comprehensively grasp the characteristics of the content selection and arrangement of Confucius Institute base;then Hunan normal University 2019 Confucius Institute summer camp activities as a case study,with nearly 30 students from Russia and the United States as the survey object,to understand the content selection of non-Chinese youth to participate in short-term Chinese camp activities and the needs and suggestions of the arrangement;Finally,the content selection and arrangement of the activities of the Confucius Institute camp provide reference suggestions.Chapter 4: Suggestions on short-term camp activities in China.First of all,it points out the principles related to the selection and arrangement of the short-term camp activities in China,and then puts forward some suggestions on the language and culture activities of the Chinese youth camp and the short-term camp activities.Chapter 5: Makes a comparative analysis of the two types of short-term activities,and summarizes the main conclusions of this paper.
