A Study Of Wang Yuewen's Local Novels

Hunan writer Wang Yuewen has a certain position and influence in the contemporary literary world,and his "officialdom" series of novels has set off an upsurge in the literary world.Rich life experience and profound creative skills,so that Wang Yuewen's novel presents a unique artistic charm.His creation is not only limited to officialdom novels,but also urban emotional novels,historical novels,local novels and so on.Among them,the creation of local novels is not only the writer's review of self-life experience,but also the embodiment of his own creative wish.However,at present,the study of Wang Yuewen's works in literary circles focuses on official novels,and the local novels have not been systematically expounded.Based on the theory of writing,narratology and other related theories,this paper interprets and studies the local novels created by Wang Yuewen in combination with text analysis.The thesis is divided into five parts:In the introduction,the research background and significance of this thesis are explained first.Secondly,it summarizes the development of modern and contemporary local literature in China,and sorts out the research overview of Wang Yuewen's novels.Finally,the research ideas and research methods of this paper are described.The first chapter mainly analyzes the creative motivation of Wang Yuewen's local novels.It is found that the motivation of local novel creation is mainly manifested in three aspects: the need of expression of local complex,the aesthetic appeal of rural utopia and the internal drive of creative pursuit.The second chapter mainly summarizes the theme presentation of Wang Yuewen's local novels.Through the careful reading of the text,the author generalizes the multiple themes contained in his local novels as the eulogizing of the beautiful feelings of the local characters,the reappearance of the suffering in the local world and the alienation and collapse of the local civilization ethics.The third chapter mainly analyzes and explains the characteristics of Wang Yuewen's local novels.The first section starts from the narrative style,first points out that there are three narrative styles in Wang Yuewen's local novels: natural simplicity,bitter depression and cold criticism,then explores the reasons for the diversity of the writer's narrative style,and finally compares with Shen Congwen's local novel narrative style to show the writer's unique aesthetic pursuit.The second section analyzes the rhythm of Wang Yuewen's local novels from two aspects: narrative blank and narrative "pause ".The third section analyzes the language strategy of the writer's local novels from the absorption and application of folk language and the daily writing of "political discourse".The conclusion part,mainly carries on the summary to this thesis.It is pointed out that Wang Yuewen is not a typified writer of official novels,and his creative field is quite broad and rich.Its local novel contains rich emotional value and ideological value,which is worthy of our careful reading and aftertaste.
