The new industrial chain with the Internet as the carrier has promoted the rapid development of online Chinese teaching,and the one-to-one online Chinese classroom has developed rapidly because it can meet the learning needs of learners of different ages,language environments and professional backgrounds.One-to-one online teaching of Chinese as a foreign language has strong flexibility,abundant teaching resources and personalized teaching programs.In the face of the development trend of internationalization and marketization of learning Chinese as a foreign language,the teaching method is almost "customized",which has attracted much attention from the market of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.But any kind of teaching method,teaching quality is always fundamental.In one-to-one online teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,the teacher's teaching ability has more decisive influence on the teaching quality.In view of this,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the one-to-one online teaching ability of TCSL teachers,especially the pre-service TCSL teachers.Based on distance education theory,mixed learning theory and constructivism theory,this paper focuses on constructing the framework of teaching ability system of one-to-one online TCSL teachers,and discusses the composition of teaching ability under specific teaching environment and mode.Then,based on the "Chinlingo" platform of Chinlingo Information &Technology Co.,Ltd.,a questionnaire was issued to pre-service teachers who participated in the platform's one-to-one online teaching practice program for Chinese as a foreign language,and the above TCSL teachers' one-to-one online teaching ability was comprehensively investigated.(The term "pre-service teacher" in this paper refers to the students who are receiving TCSL education or relevant normal education before entering the teaching profession)The survey found that the pre-service TCSL teachers' teachingability showed the following characteristics: they had a strong awareness of comprehensive subject knowledge application,but lacked distance education technical knowledge and one-to-one teaching knowledge.A certain concept of role change;The emphasis on online interaction and collaboration is high.There is a disconnection between the making and design of information courseware;Pay attention to the creation of online teaching situation but seldom contact with the actual situation of students;Improper handling of emergencies in online classes.In addition,the thesis of 62 pre-service mandarin teachers' one-on-one online teaching of Chinese as a foreign language cases(including video,teaching plan and teaching courseware)carried on the thorough analysis,observation,statistics and comparison of the pre-service mandarin teachers one-on-one online teaching role transformation ability,one-on-one online teaching design and implementation of one-on-one online teaching ability.It is found that there are the following problems in the actual one-to-one online teaching of pre-service TCSL teachers: poor role conversion effect of teachers,single manifestation of teaching resources,insufficient online interaction between teachers and students,and insufficient response to emergencies.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the teaching ability of one-to-one online TCSL teachers.The research results of this paper provide an important theoretical reference for the cultivation of one-to-one online TCSL teachers and are conducive to the further development of online teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.
