Currently,when innovation and entrepreneurship become the main focus of national economic development.How to promote the close integration of higher education with science and technology,economy and society,how to enhance students' innovative behavior through school education,and then sow the seeds of innovation to the future flowering results,which are the focus of relevant researchers' research.Savoring refers to a belief,ability and corresponding dynamic process of grasping and reinforcing the positive events or experiences in life,whether past,present or future.Savoring can promote positive emotions and help individuals think and broaden their horizons,help people accept new ideas and ideas,and promote innovation behavior.Many studies have pointed out that the level of individual innovation behavior is closely related to their own creative self-efficacy.So the purpose of this study wants to explore the savoring of college students,the relationship between creative self-efficacy and its innovation behavior,and then on the basis of empirical research,designed a set of effective to improve college students' creative self-efficacy group guidance scheme,discusses the influence of the group counseling for college students' innovation behavior,provide a reference for enrich college students' innovative entrepreneurial education practice.This study consists of two parts: one is to investigate the relationship between savoring,creative self-efficacy and innovation behavior among 553 college students in a certain university in Yantai city Shandong probience by using savoring belief scale,creative self-efficacy scale and innovation behavior scale.Study through literature,combining with related theories and research conclusions,the design on the subject of creative self-efficacy group guidance,after screening of 66 subjects were divided into two groups,the experimental group and control group each 33 freshman,to 7 times in group counseling,group control for 7 times and the experimental group at the same time by specialized teachers care of self-study activities.The purpose of group counseling is to improve the creative self-efficacy of the subjects and the generation of their innovation behavior.The results are as follows:1.In savoring,there are significant differences in gender,male students are higher than female students;There are significant differences in major,science major is higher than liberal arts major;There is a significant difference in the situation of participating in innovation activities.Students who have participated in systematic innovation courses or training have higher savoring than those who have participated in one or two innovation courses or training and those who have never participated in innovation courses or training.2.There are significant differences in creative self-efficacy between male and female,male being higher than female.There are significant differences in major,science major is higher than liberal arts major;There is a significant difference in the situation of participating in innovation activities.Students who have participated in systematic innovation courses or training have higher creative self-efficacy than those who have participated in one or two innovation courses or training and those who have never participated in innovation courses or training.3.In terms of innovative behaviors,there are significant differences between males and females,with males being higher than females;There are significant differences in major,science major is higher than liberal arts major;There is a significant difference in the situation of participating in innovation activities.Students who have participated in systematic innovation courses or training have higher innovation behavior than those who have participated in one or two innovation courses or training and those who have never participated in innovation courses or training.4.There is a significant positive correlation between college students' savoring,creative self-efficacy and innovation behavior.5.Creative self-efficacy plays a complete mediating role between savoring and innovation behavior of college students.6.The group counseling program developed in this study is reasonable and effective,which can improve the creative self-efficacy of college students to a certain extent and further improve their innovation behavior.
