In recent years,with the further development of China's social economy,the number of migrant workers is increasing year by year.The divorce rate is rising year by year.Many left-behind teenagers and many children from divorced families are sent to boarding schools.For this reason,the number of residential students in junior high school grew.The junior high school stage is an important period of various psychological quality development.Staying away from their parents makes them lack the opportunity to communicate face to face with their parents,resulting in the loss of education in the family,overwhelmed by difficulties and setbacks,and formed a lot of psychological problems.Weak mental toughness and low self-efficacy are two problems that directly affect the development of mental health in many problems.This research according to the theory of self-efficacy theory,mental toughness and group counseling theory as the basis,draw lessons from the theoretical research and empirical research results of other researchers,selection of Xingtai No.19 Middle School in residence as the research object,use the "General Self-efficacy Questionnaire"(GSES)and "Adolescent Mental Resilience Scale for measuring tool,use SPSS software for data analysis.This study includes research(1)and research(2).The research(I)investigated the characteristics of mental toughness and self-efficacy of residential students in junior high school.The results show that the psychological resilience of the students in junior high school is not significantly different from that of the students whose homes are near to school.There are significant differences in the dimension of target concentration;In positive cognition,family support,interpersonal assist the three dimensions and a human support,and mental toughness total accommodation score scored significantly lower than the extern,extremely significant differences.The level of self-efficacy of residential students was significantly lower than that of the students whose homes are near to school.Research(2)is the research conclusion of the research(1),which sets up the group counseling scheme for improving the self-efficacy and mental toughness of the students in junior high school.Scheme aims to organize the group counseling to enhance self-confidence,adjust the cognitive,cultivate the ability to control emotions,master the methods of setting goals as the theme of the debate,psychological drama,games,stories and other group activities,enhance residence level of self-efficacy and mental toughness.The researchers selected experimental assistants and divided the subjects into intervention groups and control groups.On the premise of ensuring the homogeneity of the intervention group and control group,the intervention group was conducted once a week for 13 weeks of group counseling.The researchers conducted in-depth interviews and compared the results before and after the intervention.The researchers also entered the data into SPSS software for data analysis.Based on the above qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,this study concludes the following conclusions:1.The self-efficacy and mental toughness of the resident students in junior high school are significantly lower than the self-efficacy and mental toughness of the students of the same age.2.The group counseling can effectively enhance the self-efficacy of the resident students in junior high school and have certain retention.3.The group counseling can effectively improve the mental toughness level of the resident students in junior high school,and the guidance effect has certain retention.Finally,the authors put forward countermeasures and Suggestions for improving the self-efficacy and resilience level of the students in junior high school.1.Improve the self-efficacy and mental toughness in the process of group counseling.General self-efficacy and mental toughness are interrelated and mutually reinforcing.The improvement of one side can promote the improvement of the other,and the individual self-efficacy and psychological resilience can be trained and improved through the same group mentoring activities.2.With the help of the home school,the self-efficacy and mental toughness of the residential students will be promoted.Although the group members are close,friendly and harmonious.But it can't replace the security and emotional support that parents give their children.Parents should be supported and cooperated in group activities and invited parents to participate in group counseling activities.The design is conducive to the communication of the parent-child game,which helps parents to pass their care to the children.Help the resident to make clear that the parents are caring for themselves.We will build a community to improve the effectiveness of group tutoring.
