Creativity and happiness are hot topics in the field of education and positive psychology research.The high school stage is an important period for challenges.High school students will encounter physiological and physiological changes,pursue adult sense,complex emotions,and pressure for further studies.A series of questions,while creative self-efficacy is closely related to individual factors and creativity.Individual daily creative behavior is the performance of creativity in life,so this study wants to explore the relationship between daily creative behavior,creative self-efficacy and subjective well-being,and understand the daily creative behavior and creative self-efficacy of high school students.The status quo of subjective and subjective well-being,provide a way to improve the creative self-efficacy of high school students,improve the level of happiness of high school students,and improve their mental health.This article includes two studies.The study uses the ?Contemporary Creative Behavior Questionnaire for Middle School Students?,?Student Creative Self-Efficacy Scale?,?Subjective Well-being Scale for Adolescent? to conduct a questionnaire survey on 550 students in a high school in Baoding City,Hebei Province.The relationship between daily creativity behavior,self-efficacy and subjective well-being of high school students.The second study was to randomly select 66 high-grade students on the basis of Study 1.The experimental group and the control group were divided into the experimental self-efficacy method by the combination of diary method and group counseling.Verify the effectiveness of this group coaching program.The research results are as follows:1.The daily creativity behavior of high school students is significantly different in the demographic variable grade,gender,family location,father education,mother education,and family monthly income.2.High school students' creative self-efficacy has significant differences in demographic variables such as gender,whether it is only child,and family monthly income.3.Subjective well-being of high school students has significant differences in demographic variables,gender,father's education,mother's education,and family monthly income.4.There is a significant positive correlation between high school students' daily creative behavior,creative self-efficacy and life satisfaction and positive emotions.5.Creative self-efficacy has a mediating effect between daily creative behavior and life satisfaction and positive emotions.6.This group counseling program is reasonable and effective.Group counseling for three dimensions of creative self-efficacy can significantly improve the creative self-efficacy of high school students,thereby improving life satisfaction and positive emotional level in subjective well-being.
