Ming Dynasty is the last feudal dynasty established by the Han rulers in Chinese history.It developed from the song and Yuan Dynasties to the Qing Dynasty,with Han culture as the main pulse.The art of calligraphy and painting in Ming Dynasty plays an important role in the history of Chinese art development.Influenced by the politics,economy and culture at that time,the development of the art style of calligraphy and painting shows unique morphological characteristics,which has great research value.In the existing literature,there are many studies on the unilateral development of the Ming Dynasty's calligraphy and painting art,but the reasons for the formation of the "sparse simplicity" and "Jingjin" of the calligraphy and painting art are not very deep.By revealing the historical phenomenon of the generation and coexistence of two different artistic styles in the Ming Dynasty,we can deepen the research results of the Ming Dynasty's art,deepen the research on the dynastic history of the Ming Dynasty and the Ming Dynasty's literature and painting Therefore,it is necessary to study the generation and coexistence of "sparse simplicity" and "Jingjin" in the painting and calligraphy of Ming Dynasty.Through the literature retrieval method,we try to restore the historical and practical situation of the development of calligraphy and painting in Ming Dynasty,focusing on the study of the Ming Dynasty in the research of Chinese art history.On this basis,through image analysis,ancient books review,style comparison and other research methods,this paper combs and compares the two different artistic styles of Ming Dynasty calligraphy and painting art,and further analyzes the historical causes of the formation and existence of different artistic styles.As a whole,the main line of the Ming Dynasty calligraphy and painting art is the generation and coexistence of "sparse simplicity" and "Jingjin".First of all,the introduction part describes the background and basis of the topic,the content and method of the research and the significance of the research.This paper discusses the political and economic development of the Ming Dynasty,including the historical and cultural background,so as to pave the way for the formation of the unique style of calligraphy and painting in the Ming Dynasty;recovers the historical facts of the development of calligraphy and painting in the Ming Dynasty,and then understands the basic situation of the development of calligraphy and painting in the Ming Dynasty;secondly,mainly analyzes the calligraphy in the Ming Dynasty with the representatives of "cursive script" and "regular script" Based on the analysis andcomparison of the different styles and characteristics of Ming Dynasty painting and calligraphy,two different styles of Ming Dynasty painting and calligraphy were concluded,that is,the simple style represented by cursive script and literati painting,and the simple style represented by regular script and palace courtyard painting "Jingjin" wind.Then it analyzes the historical process of the generation of the style of "Shujian" and "Jingjin" in the art of calligraphy and painting,as well as the juxtaposition of the two styles from the aspects of era and region;finally,it analyzes the factors that contributed to the generation of the style of "Shujian" from the aspects of economic development and humanistic thoughts in Ming Dynasty;it analyzes the factors that contributed to the generation of "Jingjin" from the aspects of "political centralization" and "cultural autocracy" The factors of wind generation.By revealing the historical phenomenon that two different artistic styles of Ming Dynasty formed and coexisted,it is concluded that the unique style of Ming Dynasty calligraphy and painting art was formed under the special historical background.It can be seen that the politics,history and culture of Ming Dynasty played an important role in the development of calligraphy and painting.At the same time,it shows that the development of painting and calligraphy art is advancing with the times,and the development of any art form is inseparable from the background of the times.The study of the development of art history in Ming Dynasty is of great significance to the inheritance and development of contemporary Chinese painting and calligraphy,and to the development of contemporary art creation.
